We just hosted a surprise 50th birthday party there for my sister in the banquet room and everything was top notch! Brad was a great event planner, the bar staff was fantastic and the food was delicious! It was a large party and it went off without a hitch! We will definitely be back and recommend it to all our friends and family!

Not one for bad reviews, but this place needs a renovation. The majority of the arcade games are out of order, the ones working stop in the middle of play or land on win and don't pay out. The go carts are cool but malfunction, so you never really go a complete round without stopping. The laser tag area is big and really the only reason for the trip. My advice would be to avoid buying game cards all together. Or maybe just find a better place to take the kiddos.

Started off bad and just got worse. We waited 40 mins for a table, we were only sat after checking in with the host station and found out they were sitting a group that came in after us. Then we waited over an hour for our food for them to forget the pizza. Our food came out cold. I had the 5 alarm burger, it had potential but the bun had been under the heater for so long that it was toasted and hard. The onion rings were cold. My husband's pasta had begun to separate and he was able to drain a significant amount of oil from it. The place was very disorganized and I saw half the staff running about working while the other half stood around talking. We also let our kids play in the arcade however half the machines were broke and the ones that worked had problems with the scanner. It was very disappointing, the place has potential but has a lot of improvements to make before we would return.

My wife and I brought our son to see a pg-13 Red One movie on Friday night. Paid $50 bucks online and when we tried to get into the movie we were denied because our son was a minor. Lost our money because they do not let kids watch movies in the same theater that they sell beer. It’s a pg 13 movie about Santa Clause being kidnapped and they are denying kids. Waste of money, terrible experience, never going back!!

I thoroughly enjoy bringing my family to this place. The atmosphere is fantastic, and the laser tag and movie theater are also great. My family and I recently watched the new Transformers movie. However, I have one suggestion: kids who are speed demons should not be allowed to continue using the go-karts. If they are witnessed speeding, they should be immediately removed from the track.

This place was horrible… Bored and not clean at all .. The food was terrible and the waiters inside the restaurant all have an attitude and very unprofessional. I will not recommend .. Nothing like the pictures on the website…Visit November 8,2024..

Ice cold frosty beer, with an excellent view of what seems a 10 foot tall center screen from just about anywhere in the rather large room, great place for all you sports junkies to grab a game and a beer. Service is admittedly the worst aspect of this place, I would say it is spotty and rarely better than mediocre. Update time, the service has improved. I recently revisited this establishment and found that the quality level of the food has fallen precipitously, they have apparently gone with the two pronged method of dealing with increased costs, they changed to the lowest quality items available, and increased their prices. I will not be returning!

We have been a customer for years and this evening was beyond disappointing!! 4 out of 8 meals came out burnt, food came out 20 min apart, waitress was nonexistent! Got the manager involved and was told that the food was acceptable and that they couldn’t do much to make it better other than offer game cards. The discount we got was laughable for a party of 8! Won’t be back unfortunately.

Drove over an hour to get there. When arriving there was a sign taped to the door saying 9-5 private party only. Get inside not alot of people inside at all. Walk back outside there is many groups talking about this same thing. More people outside not allowed in then inside. Like why loose money every other spot like this allows people inside even with a birthday party happening. Poorly managed place. Our group and 2 others stated it was over an hour drive to be denies. Nothing online saying the location is reserved and closed to public or anything. Will not be coming back. Might have thought about it had the female at the front seem to explain anything at all or was nice about it. Instead all she said was you guys can't come in. Then went silent and stood there we asked why she said the sign on the front door and pointed. This is how we learned about the paper sign hanging on the door. Just a shame finally a place to take the family and this is what we run into.

We were vacationing in St. Louis with our 4 kids and decided to come to The Edge in hopes of a fun evening. The only reason I gave 3 stars was due to the fact the place was decently clean and the lady that ran the lazer tag, was super nice! Otherwise, the rest of the employees were extremely rude...acted as if everything was a burden to them. We got an attitude when we asked to ride the bumper cars, attitude when exchanging tickets and got told that the VR game only worked if they weren't busy and something about their phones working right. Wouldn't go back!

Gonna break this down into Staff and Food - we went there to see the new Dead Pool movie. There were 3 of us in the "Bistro" theater. We were so excited - 2nd opening day weekend - first showing and "low and behold" we had our pick of seats! (Should have been a CLUE right there) Going to order food and drinks - Big Time for us.
STAFF - ALL encounters were apathetic - theater staff and bar tenders could less about their jobs. Both were not even bare minimum efforts. (Barely basic service = interactions had to be forced by the customer. Staff would not offer anything verbally - we were not sure what we ordered was what she heard. Bartender did not know what he had and the counters were dirty and sticky).
FOOD - OK, I get a limited menu for theaters. disappointed but OK. Quality of the food was poor. Would never, ever get fries there again. Pizza was burnt. Popcorn was OLD - no other word for it - OLD and stale.) giving this 2 stars is being super generous because it is not entirely the fault of the staff - this is clearly a Management issue. (bad training, bad inspections, bad monitoring, etc.) (also loved the movie and that made a difference in my attitude.)

This is for the restaurant part only. I've never waited so long for food! Litterly 5 other people in the restaurant and it has been 40 minutes 😒 not impressed at all. All I ordered was fries and Bosco sticks.
