I'm excited the staff says I'm number # 28 on the lists to get an apartment for my wife and I. I work for a transportation company. I have two customers. I take them to dialysis. I look forward to being in this apartment location.

I have a 4 bedroom. There is a lot of patch work. 1600 for an apartment that i have to hold the drawers in the kitchen so that they don't fall out when opening

Rent rates are very high for the units. Walls are very thin, and you can hear everything going on at your neighbors house. Maintenance isn't a rush unless it's an emergency. It seems most tenants don't stay long. I was there for a year, and in that time, five tenants near me moved out.
