I have used Sparkle for several years. On Feb 29th I took my recently purchased 22 F-150 thru the wash. I heard a bump on the driver side and didn't think anything of it, until I was towel drying it off. I noticed many scratches on the door panel. I told the manager who took a report with pictures. The management says thier equipment didn't do it. The vehicle was perfect before the wash. Now it is scratched and the won't respond BEWARE of these people, and this wash.

Worst car wash experience of my life. I bought the highest package and had much higher expectations for such a fancy looking car wash. To say I have had a better washes from the shadiest looking gas station car wash would be an understatement. I took my car through, seemed to only be in and out within a few seconds (nothing can properly be done in that small amount of time, especially the amount of services you claim to provide, I'm sorry) and my car was still filthy in most spots and what was "washed" had soap residue all over it. And don't get me started on the vacuums, they could maybe suck up a feather if you're lucky. Yes I know the vacs are free but include them for paying customers to make them actually powerful enough to do the job if you have to. I got so frustrated I just went home and did everything myself by hand all over again and just felt completely conned out of my money. I'm usually an easy person to please but not a good experience at all especially for the price.

Very poorly run. People using vacuums that aren't washing their vehicles, taking up stalls. Loud, offensive music blaring constantly. People yelling obscenities across parking lot. Staff does zero to correct any issues. Do not recommend, especially if you have children with you.

I love this place, it's quick, clean and easy to get all of my vehicles cleaned on a weekly basis.

Not usually one to be a “Karen” about things, but I feel as though I have been completely ripped off. I was super excited to get my first car wash in my brand new car, and after today I regret my decision. I paid $18 for a car wash, that lasted less than 2 minutes, and left my car in worst condition than when I drove in. I wasn’t expecting the most amazing sparkle and shine since I didn’t go with the most expensive package, but honestly my car would have been better off if I didn’t even get a wash at all. I am very disappointed and honestly hope I can get the soap residue or dirt spots off with my next wash at a different facility, because how they look it may take more than just 1 wash. The pictures don’t even do the car justice for how many spots and runs are all over the exterior of the car. It’s honestly embarrassing driving around like this, and I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this car wash again, if the only way to get a clean car is by spending $30 on a wash.
