My first time visiting Sammy Nail I was impressed. The establishment is very nice and clean. The technicians are very friendly and welcoming. My tech Sue did a great job on my nails and eyebrows, excellent customer service. I will be returning to Sammy Nails.

They always take care of me, they don’t just rip my nails off, very respectful and affordable!!! I’m not going anywhere else! Did exactly what I wanted and looked out for me to make them elegant! Very pleased with them!!

Worst nail shop I have ever attended!! They instantly get rude when you try to correct the errors and just want them off they just start snatching the nails off your fingers super careless!

Very rude and unprofessional!! My friend recently went there and she just asked them to re shape her nails and they got very angry and snappy with her, and she was very respectful!! I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone and their service was horrible. Do better. The owner also kicked my dog!

I was taking my girlfriend to this nail salon and she was called rude for simply asking for her nails to be fixed. This was before any polish or any designs made. The man just quickly grabbed her hand and said it was her fingers fault as to why the fake nails looked crooked. To which he called my girlfriend rude to ask them to redo. The more my girlfriend explained to this man the more he got angry. Honestly, I am baffled because we only asked for more shaping on the nail and he just wants to blame her instead of fixing it. This place is honestly horrible I would inform everyone to not go to this place.

Been going for awhile easy appointments they let u know if there's a long wait or give ya better time to come as suggestions very friendly clean and takes their time and do their work I love it
