Dr.Hilaly is amazing, she's attentive, listens and truly cares. Sometimes you have to wait a little bit but I know that's because she's taking her time with each patient and that's just what happens in an industry you're providing a service.
I wish there were more doctors like her around.
Her NP Alyssa is amazing as well. Such a great team.

To the ones who gave her a low star because of the long wait time on hold are WRONG don't take away from this amazing Dr because of long hold times she has ZERO control of. It's the BJC system, not hers and yes I've had to wait then talked with im guessing the operator because I left a message and they sent it to her. She is an amazing Dr. She's passionate, patient, and caring. She's to me one of the doctors who are few far and between, there aren't too many GOOD ones around who will truly listen to you and do anything in her power to help while other's will only give you 4 minutes of their time but you waited almost an hour to be seen.

I do not recommend this Dr. at all. While Dr. Hilaly herself is a decent doctor the hospital and location she has is absolutely horrible. There are 3 different doctors attempting to share 2 patient rooms. I had an appointment schedule and still wasn't seen after 30 minutes of waiting in the lobby (passed appointment time) as well as an additional 30 minutes waiting in the patient room. I ended up walking out. This is absolutely unacceptable for this hospital to be this mismanaged. I'm unsure why this Dr. would stay practicing in such a location either. Additionally, good luck getting any replies while using their mychart website. I have sent in several messages and have not received any replies regarding the questions for the doctor. 0/5 stars do not waste your time here.

Had her as a doctor since childhood. I love her, I think she’s amazing and genuinely caring for her patients, new and old.

Dr hilaly is a terrific doctor. She takes time to listen and hear your problems. He nurse practitioner Christina is also amazing if you need a doctor I definitely would suggest this doctor and her np. They are amazing I cannot stress that enough they go way above to keep us healthy. Hope they continue to accept meridian. Because I will stay with them as long as I can.

Dr. Hilaly is great but I can’t ever get ahold of anybody in the office. Anytime I need my prescription filled it takes a week at least. I’m only writing this review because I can’t find any other way to contact the office.

Dr Hilaly has been my doctor for over 10 years and she has taken great care of my illnesses. She's genuinely caring of your health and feelings.

I moved to a new area and scheduled my first visit to this office. I arrived to check in and was told that my appointment had been cancelled. However they had not informed me of this. I took time off of work and showed up to an appointment that they had cancelled. The front desk person didn't apologize for my inconvenience and just asked me if I would like to reschedule. I would steer clear.

It takes 20 minutes to get on the phone with someone... My wife has had an issue with her prescription and it has been 2 weeks and counting of them not even looking into the issue...Getting an appointment took one month and that was for a video call, an in person visit was two months...Save yourself the trouble and find a different doctor in a different office.

Dr. Mannan-Hilaly is a wonderful doctor. However I’ve never experienced a more poorly run office in my life. Getting someone on the phone in that office is next to impossible. With so many doctors in that office I find it hard to believe you don’t bring in enough revenue to staff properly. Hire more people!

Needed help, called the exchange, was told that for THIS DOCTOR SPECIFICALLY, I had to call back Monday morning because she was only handling medical emergencies.I'm sorry, that's what the ER is for.Will be finding a new doctor immediately. Never saw or met her, always saw the NP. This smacks of supremely unprofessional. Do not recommend.
