Received a desktop with miss a part and a damaged screen, but called for assistance with a replacement and received a replacement desktop sooner than expected. Thank you to the organization and people who donate computers so that I can have an affordable refurbished computer!

I was helped by a very nice young lady. She explained to me all the things I needed in order to receive the free desk top computer as well as made sure I was able to leave that day with it and not have to come back at a later time to pick it up. She told me about the internet service that they offer also at a discounted rate. My only issue was how long it took to sign up to get the free desk top computer but it was free of charge so the 35 min sign up time wasn't too bad.

This is a great organization, they are a 501c 3 nonprofit. They ensure Digital inclusion is accessible and affordable for individuals and communities, including the economically disadvantaged. The customer service representatives are patient, as well as knowledgable on the products and programs that are available. Their products come with a warranty.

I was fired from my job and needed a laptop for my graphics design class. This meant I needed a quality laptop with memory, and Pcs for People was able to help me out! Great program and great staff! Thank you so much!

Awesome!! Went in a little discouraged,My Dest Top was So outdated,A New PC was not in my budget at this time in my life. Started talking to Gage and he was such a Blessing to me!? Explained that I could get a Refurbished Computer at a Reasonable price and to add to my Blessing a Free Chromebook!!?Went to get the money and returned back and met CeAira! Such a Sweet and kind young lady. If you are in need of a computer or laptop this organization is a God Send!

P. C. For People has been A Stand up Provider to Me. I'm shocked to read some of the negative comments. I'm disabled so I can not go out and go to best buy or whoever and buy one.

They have been a absolute nightmare! I bought a laptop, they sent me a bad adapter and two months later I'm still waiting for my replacement adapter. I've called, I've emailed, I've sent pictures they requested and still nothing. And that's not all, they sent me the wrong speakers (a cheaper pair than I ordered) and I'm still waiting for them for a month, I ordered two mouses they sent me one, then sent me three more, only one of what I ordered. And now they're sending me a VGA cable that I never even ordered. I have no idea what is going on at this place, I get a different story from each person I talk to. Bottom line, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Don't take my word for it, check the BBB website, they have a lot of upset customers. If you do decide to take a chance on them, have some mental health services on standby because you're going to need it!!
