Very happy with my experience. My Ram Promaster sounds great now. They were very upfront about everything and worked with me and my third party warranty company. The process was smooth and communication was good.

Mark the sales manager took great care of us!We were in a hurry to purchase a second vehicle for work and he made our trade in and purchase very smooth. He kept us informed and was able to work the deal so we didn’t have to take off work and sit at the dealership for hours. We appreciate his time and efforts in making this happen for us!

Saleswoman Crystal was respectful and did a nice job with our sale. Sales manager was ok, the old “we don’t make any money here” is redundant, certainly not true and just causes him to lose his credibility during the sale. If I can’t believe one thing, how can I believe anything he has told me. Overall fair experience.

I wont rate the dealership as I haven't really dealt with them, but I do like the service department. We brought my sons older vehicle in for some work, and Kim was awesome. She kept us informed and even made the bill more palatable. Definitely the place for Jeep service in my book.

My experience was very pleasant overall. After I got the car home a”check engine “ light came on. I asked for the salesman to return my call on three different occasions without success. I finally decided to have my local mechanic to check it out. He replaced the gas cap and the purge valve. My cost was $263.00. I believe I should be reimbursed for this expense.

I had a horrible experience at this dealership with the young lady I had to work with. I was told that that dealership rather have someone buy a car by leasing versus paying for the whole car in cash. I was told several occasions as if my cash don't mean anything no one checked the brakes the car wasn't clean right I have a picture of a bowl and food that was under the passenger seat of the car. I felt so bad I went twice the first time to see the Chrysler and the second time to purchase the Chrysler I lost my son and that's how I got my money to buy a vehicle and it killed me that my money was underappreciated. My sister was with me both times and she felt the same way so much so that she tried to get me to go and purchase a vehicle somewhere else. When I came back to purchase the car I had to insist that they give me someone else to help me I didn't want the young lady that I was working with to even get the sale she was so horrible. I felt very unwelcome and I felt like they didn't really care about me doing business with them. Had I found a Chrysler 300 that I like I would have went somewhere else I will never ever refer anyone to that dealership ever in my whole entire life. I already cried when I spend the money because I prefer to have my son back so this experience as if my money wasn't nothing If only they knew what I had lost to have that money.

Salesman got mad at me because we couldn't work out a deal, the vehicle finally had a price drop so I called back, now they won't respond to me at all. Someone else can have the Cadillac in going elsewhere

ZERO stars if I could. Do NOT waste your time at this useless dealership especially with CRYSTAL HOPSON. I bought a Jeep Renegade a week before moving to Florida so I was very specific about the warranty I needed. I was sold extra add ons that I couldn't even use after moving, lied to about it extra services and free oil changes that again I found out that I couldn't use after moving. My Jeep has been to a dealership THREE TIMES for repairs within a year of buying it. I had to get the FINANCE MANAGER to send me all my paperwork and what I needed for the warranty because Crystal has been nowhere to be found since I walked out of this dealership. She was only concerned about the sale and a great review on Google. Not to mention I cooked an entire lunch for the whole dealership and delivered it the next day THINKING I had just gotten a great deal with good people. Save your time and money on these LEMONS and grimy sales people. WASTE.

Every encounter from messaging the dealership regarding my interest in a new car, to the reception when I walked in the dopr of the dealership for myapt, to my interaction with the sales dept, and finally in the finance dept was above and beyond any I have had before in previous vehicle purchases from other dealerships in and out of the state. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, put me at ease right away!

10/10 for David Taylor's service department!! I bought my Jeep from another dealership and did not notice an issue with the passenger seat. I called David Taylor in a panic because I was very close on the 36,000 mile warranty. Regardless of them being booked out for weeks, they told me to come in. They assesed the seat, ordered parts and it was fixed soon after. They did fantastic work and the customer service was amazing!! Thank you David Taylor!!

Got a really good deal on a 2020 Jeep grand Cherokee. Got it home and husband noticed it had a cracked mirror.cracked on the outside of it. Called up the sales man who sold it to me. He said he never saw it. So I must have done it on my way home. I think I would know if I hit something. Going on 3 weeks.still no new part.They haven't even called me back. I guess I got taken by these people. Be sure and look everything over good before signing anything. They are a little shady. I'm about to call my attorney. Also the better business bureau. I'm Never buying anything from them again.

Very disappointing experience all around. I was from out of state, and purchased a brand new Rubicon 392 with less than 40 miles on it. After the 2 weeks it took to purchase the car, I flew there to pick it up. Half way through the drive home I noticed the hood and front fenders had hail damage. Multiples dents on each panel that was never discussed or disclosed. I guess it makes sense that they rushed me out of there without checking my ID or having me sign paperwork on a $90,000 Jeep. Be extremely careful.

Crystal Cannon was absolutely amazing, helpful, and knowledgeable. She did everything possible to help my antsy kids feel comfortable while waiting. The team went above & beyond to find a bank to work with me without having credit. I came home with a vehicle I love with a good price and affordable payments. 10/10 would recommend.

So far my experience is NOT GOOD. They have had my Dodge Ram pick-up for 2 weeks and charged me close to $3000.00 trying to find a short in the electrical system. When I get the vehicle back I will update this post but so far I am NOT IMPRESSED with the service dept.
