9/11/2024 - 1:28 PM - While taking one of our family pets for their last visit to the vet, I had the unpleasant experience of dealing with one of Minton's truck driven by an idiot and probably just as ignorant co-pilot. While in the lane to turn left onto North Belt West, the light turned green and I proceeded with my turn. Midway through the intersection, their idiot driver decided to start coming into my lane instead of staying in the left lane. Having to take action to avoid him hitting me, our dog slid from the front desk to the floor because I couldn't brace him at all. They just continued on their way like nothing happened. I wouldn't trust them with ANY job if this is the kind of people that they hire. Karma is real and I hope it visits the driver sooner rather than later.

Only use their service if you are okay with your neighbor's DISliking you. Their mower spits grass and weeds multiple feet into the neighbor's yard which is unprofessional, rude, inconsiderate.

They were referred to me by a different company that did a good job that used to cut my lawn. There first time here could tell grass lawn mower blades were dull and they left bare spots all over my yard with there weed eater and blew grass all over my deck and patio. Called the owner he was very rude. Said he cuts 1000 lawns a week. Well now you only cut 999 show up over here again and I'll call the cops. I would not recommend this company.

I contracted with Minton's to do downspout repair, lay sod, repair existing wall, build a walkway, tear out and redo a bed plus add new beds around my home. I went with them for 2 reasons. 1. the bid was very fair. 2. they could start immediately instead of waiting 6-8 weeks or more. Have already asked them to do more. plus their price for lawn treatment was extremely fair over the big name companies. I do not use them for mowing as I already have a guy to cut grass. Will definitely use them again if I come up with more projects.

This company cuts my neighbor’s grass and messed up my fence in the process. I only discovered it while doing landscaping the afternoon after they damaged my property. I checked my cameras and sure enough, they got the big mower hooked on my fence and ripped it up. I tried speaking to one of the guys the next week (I didn’t know the company name to call) and all he did was brush it off like it wasn’t them. Once I said I have them on video, he was quick to tell me to just call the number and they would fix it, and then he hurried away. When this guy saw me still speaking to another one on the team, the first guy just shouted “keep going” to him. The guy acted as if he already knew about it and was irritated I brought it up. He never attempted to resolve it, didn’t knock on my door after they did it or leave a note after it was damaged. I tried getting the company name and phone number and was only told to take a picture of their truck and call that number. Lack luster attempt at getting it resolved but the nice kid who actually stopped to try to help was definitely not the one in charge and looked to barely be 19. I called the number while they were still there, left a message with my phone number and address and have yet to hear back from them. Rude, dishonest employees for this company and a manager who doesn’t call people back to resolve their screw ups. I guess they really deserve those 2.9 stars.

This company currently manages the public areas at my subdivision as contracted through our HOA. Honestly a complete waste of money. There are dead trees along the street tree line that are clearly not being taken care of; half the time they won't even cut the grass up to the property lines. If a tree has a couple low branches, they'll skip cutting that grass as well. It causes the whole subdivision to look trashed. I'd rather cut all the way to the street at my yard than have our HOA pay for this shabby job.

Poor quality Lawncare. Generally cut the grass too short, left ruts in the yard, and scalped the yard with the trimmer. This business gave me a paper bill for (3) cuts in November, when they performed (1) cut. I called the company, and they emailed an updated bill with (1) cut with no questions asked. I also know another customer who suspected they were also over billed during the same month, but did not bring it up to them. Don’t let these guys leave ruts in your yard and over bill you.Service: Lawn mowing & maintenance

My condo complex hires your company for snow removal. Nobody even showed up to clear the street till 24 hours after the snow stopped and there were several complaints. We were told someone would be back later to clear driveways and walkways. Late last night a few of the driveways were either cleared, most were barely touched, some not at all. The walkways and stairs were not touched. If there was an emergency EMS wouldn’t be able to get through to help. Not thrilled that this is what my HOA fees cover!

I use Minton for my apartment complex both winter and summer. It was so nice to check the cameras early this morning at the complex and see one of their salt trucks rolling through in the middle of the night so that my tenants could make it out of the parking lot, safely!
