They are only receiving a 1 rating because it won’t let me do a review of 0. Very rude. Cheating seniors. After months of them not picking up their tank and us calling several times. They finally received their refund less $89 fee. We feel that they should waive that fee considering they left the tank here for months. I would advise using a different company.

EXCEPTIONAL COMPANY ~Easy to schedule. Prompt appointment. And especially, a live person answers the phone at office without ANY automated greeting or touching my phone for “press 1 if…”, etc. And the lovely person answering is truly likeable, professional, friendly and provides EXCEPTIONAL customer service. Midwestern is a good company in my opinion. We have used their service for years. They are prompt, they continuously watch the tank monitor. We never have to call for tank fill up. Our driver is courteous and friendly and always leave's paperwork indicating fill up. We like the prepay option in the winter months. A live person always answers the phone. We are very satisfied with their service try them you won't be disappointed!
