David was very helpful with getting my phone bill paid and also upgrading my service on one of the phones that's on my plan. He was very knowledgeable and helped me in every step of the way. I would definitely recommend his service. Nice attitude and great customer service.

Libby is a blessing. She's knowledgeable, dedicated and patient. And she appears to be the only thing holding this Metro shop together. Other nearby locations don't even open when they are supposed to.

No one here knows what they are doing, literally had to have someone from another store fix how bad they messed up. First, they drastically overcharged me about 120 bucks. then, I didn't even get what I paid for (the 15 gig Hotspot plan) after I paid for it. Completely and totally incompatant sales team, they were slow, rude, and literally robbed me. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. They will rip you off.

On 11/11/2020 at 3:54pm I purchased a phone. I took it back on 11/12/2020 at 11:30 am because it would not keep a charge. Only to be told by employee Crystal I couldn't change phones or get a full refund because I should have brought the phone back in 24hrs. When I explained to here that it hadn't been 24 hours she said their policy is 24 hrs means by 8pm that same night. I asked for the manager but was told she would be in at 2:30. I went back at 3:45pm and still NO MANAGER! I asked her to called the manager. Crystal started huffing and puffing. She called the manager and her exact words were "that lady is here again from 2 or 3 days ago talking about the same thing. I told her what you said" . Crystal then told me to come back tomorrow. When I asked her to look on the schedule to see what time her manager would be there tomorrow, she looked and came back and said 9:30am. Before leaving the store she was talking to another customer about me loudly saying "I shouldn't have never dealt with her to begin with". I didn't say a word. I came back on 12/13/2020 at 9:35am Crystal barely let me step in the door before saying "she isn't here yet" (No Good Morning or anything) I decided to wait in my vehicle but got back out to ask if she knew what time the manager would be coming Crystal saw me walking back up and locked the door then headed to the back of the store. At that time I started recording. She only let me in because another customer walked up. She called her manager again and told her I was back. The manager then said to tell me she was at another location working and wouldn't be there none this day and TO LEAVE HER STORE. I then asked what store she was at? Crystal said O'fallon. I asked which one she told me to Google it, I asked for the manager's name which she refused to give it to me. She also refused to give me corporate's number as well. I have all of this recorded. When I threatened to take legal action she stated "she doesn't care and that it wouldn't affect her). I Can get along with anyone! Crystal made that impossible! A person who does not care about ruining a company's name has no place there. Thanks to Manager Juan at the O'fallon location. He went above and beyond to help me out and get me to the right person. I will be getting another phone tomorrow but because she tried to SCAM ME, I am thinking about taking legal actions. SHAME ON YOU CRYSTAL AND YOUR MANAGER WHO SAT ON THE PHONE AND LISTENED TO HOW YOU TALKED TO ME AND DIDN'T INTERVENE.

Okay so all I gotta say is that metro has done more for me in the month I’ve had them than At&T has done for me in the 3 years I’ve had them. First off unlimited data 5g of hotspot and free amazon prime for $62. At&T I was paying $128 just for service, not even paying off a phone. Second they offer free stuff all the time. I got a free fire stick just for being a customer. F*CK the big companies. Also when switching metro workers helped me thru every step. AT&T just told me a website and walked away because they weren’t getting a sale out of me. Workers are very nice and so helpful

The ladies that were working weren't friendly. This is what they said to me. Step back from counter. Your phones did charge. That will be$27.02. Nothing like hello, how may I help you, or have a nice day, when I left.

Worse customer service ever they give you the cheap phones for free then try and sale you the same phone for retail price I really believe the workers try to get ova then over charge you so they can put money in their pockets there isn’t any honest people in this world everybody is trying to get ova on somebody they definitely have the wrong people working in this store if I could give 0 stars I would poor customer service and poor management
