I have been a loyal Metro customer for several years. I got a new phone when I first signed up and haven't asked for any type of free phone upgrade or anything since. I decided to go to this Belleville location a few days ago (Monday, March 25, 2024) and ask about a upgrade deal. I was essentially treated like I was dumb or completely naive. I inquired about the Samsung Galaxy A15 5G and they said they could offer me a deal. After going back and forth over different details, I settled for a A14 (not even the phone I really wanted) with a case and screen protector. I ended being charged more than what it would have cost to buy a new A15 with a case and screen protector somewhere else. Not to mention I had to go right back into the store because my new phone wasn't set up fully. Even after going back, I still had to navigate switching info from my old phone to my new phone. Now, the phone keeps wanting me to do the same update repeatedly, and I will probably have to go back to store and hope someone helps without screwing me over. I should have just followed my first mind and walked out the store without a purchase. Customers, especially loyal ones like me, deserve better.

David was very helpful with getting my phone bill paid and also upgrading my service on one of the phones that's on my plan. He was very knowledgeable and helped me in every step of the way. I would definitely recommend his service. Nice attitude and great customer service.

Libby is a blessing. She's knowledgeable, dedicated and patient. And she appears to be the only thing holding this Metro shop together. Other nearby locations don't even open when they are supposed to.

No one here knows what they are doing, literally had to have someone from another store fix how bad they messed up. First, they drastically overcharged me about 120 bucks. then, I didn't even get what I paid for (the 15 gig Hotspot plan) after I paid for it. Completely and totally incompatant sales team, they were slow, rude, and literally robbed me. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. They will rip you off.
