I wouldn’t recommend this company for diagnostic work. It will be your worse mistake. You will be recommended to go the dealership, therefore never waste your time and money of $179.00 for nothing.

Purchased tires from Meckfessel several months prior. Had a small leak, called and they looked at, found a small nail, repaired the tire, all at no costs to me. Always buy from Meckfessel, they stand behind what they sell.

On Friday, July 5th I had the misfortune of waking up to a flat tire. I called several tire stores in my area for an appointment only to be turned down due to 4th of July weekend staff shortages. I called Meckfessel in Smithton and they were gracious enough worked me in and offered me a ride home since there would be a wait. Unfortunately, my tire was too damaged to be repaired. I was quoted on a replacement tire and was told my tires were about due for replacement for which I was already aware of. I asked Mark for a quote on replacement set. I found the price to be very fair and competitive. Because they were kind enough to work me in, offered me a ride home, and didn't try to strong arm me, I had the tires replaced. I would highly recommend Meckfessel for their great product, service, and honesty.

I started taking my vehicle to Meckfessel for routine maintenance after getting new tires from there. Great service, great prices, and they won’t try to sell you things your vehicle doesn’t need. Warranty and service for tires is also great!

Competent, professional, and reasonable. I just took my car in for basic maintenance and got the dreaded - there’s other issues to discuss. Bob, Kevin, Matt and the team were very helpful, accurate, and the video showed me what they had found. 1 of the issues I suspected, another I knew about but did not know the extent. My basic maintenance was done quickly and Bob provided very good counsel on the other topics. I did spend more than planned, but felt that I got very good advice and was treated fairly on pricing and work. This level of trust is EXACTLY why I drive 20 min to come here and have for much of my driving life.

Meckfessel's was recommended to me by a doctor I used to work for. They do excellent work, they are efficient, and knowledgeable. What I absolutely love and what keeps me coming back as a customer is how they have AMAZING customer service. They always check up a few days later to make sure everything with my car is still good. I refuse to go anywhere else.

Honestly the best experience I have EVER had at a mechanic. Super friendly staff. They offer a variety of payment / financing options if cost is a concern, and they even offer a valet service. They picked my car up in the morning, had it fixed the same day, and had it returned to my home before I got home from work. Highly recommend choosing this shop when needing to get your car worked on!!
