After Jen helped us in the store she visited our home to estimate product we need. We have done a lot of renovations lately, and Tom was the absolute best we have ever had to lay our flooring. He worked alone and did a wonderful job. You could set your watch by how he scheduled his day. When he finished each day, everything was picked up. When our flooring was done, everything was cleaned up. Thanks to Jen and Tom for a job extremely well done! We will be back!

McCulloughs flooring was who we chose to install carpet into our house prior to moving it. They worked around our closing date and move in date to ensure the flooring was ready prior to us moving in.Fast forward two year later the carpet we purchased had a manufacturing defect and the manufacturer failed to inform the store. We called McCulloughs flooring and let them know what was happening. The carpet was replaced under manufacturer warranty and McCulloughs flooring took it upon themselves to require the manufacturer to upgrade our carpet due to the lack of notification from the manufacturer of the defective carpet.The replacement carpet came in, we were immediately put on the schedule and the installers did an amazing job during installation. The installers were professional and extremely hard working. I believe the installers we had were Nick and Kevin. They were great guys and they commented on how they enjoy working for McCulloughs flooring.We will ABSOLUTELY be using McCulloughs flooring for future flooring needs. I have zero complaints. Every person we dealt with from the store owner, sales and installers were amazing.Thank you McCulloughs flooring !!!

McCullough's has a great selection of flooring and wall tile products. I've used them for multiple floor installations over the years and a recent kitchen remodel. Their installers are very professional and do great work. Their store staff have always been friendly and helpful. Happy to support a local business that has consistently provided good service!

I had the privilege of working with Amanda at McCullough’s Flooring & outlet in Belleville. Our experience was wonderful. They truly treat you like you’re their family. We replaced our 23 year old carpeting throughout our home. Amanda shared her expertise with not only the carpeting but assisted in coordinating wall color with my furniture samples. She also helped coordinate other flooring samples for future projects. They went above and beyond to make this a fun enjoyable experience. We had the opportunity to meet her mom and dad as well through this process. Their installers were great to work with. I honestly don’t think 5 stars is enough. I highly recommend them. From the very beginning of the process our experience was amazing! Jen was very helpful and worked with us even though my husband and I were out of town and could only communicate through email and FaceTime. My daughters were able to meet with Jen and select the flooring for our home that met our needs. I have already recommended McCullough’s Flooring to neighbours and family members. Also, Joel and Billy were very professional and did a wonderful job making our home look great!!

I purchased the Vinyl Plank flooring and it is the best flooring I’ve found. Also Robin and the installers were amazing throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend this business for all your flooring needs. Also excellent customer service. 5 stars and beyond. ?

Robyn O'Donnell helped us select a bathroom floor and hardwood for our foyer. The installation of both went very well and we are so pleased with our new floors. The installers for the hardwood especially were extremely professional, efficient and completed the job much faster than we expected. I'd recommend McCullough anytime and have used them before for carpet and sheet vinyl.

Highly Recommend, Tracy and Amanda were very helpful with our remodeling, Lovely ladies and were a great help in picking out carpets, flooring, countertop, and awesome tiles for our backsplash. They kept us updated on the status of our projects. Installer’s were awesome, both in the countertop, and the flooring. Fast and knowledgeable in the work they did. We’re Very happy and satisfied.

Russ and Tracy at McCullough's Flooring are the best. My company owns office buildings in O'Fallon, IL and we have been a customer of McCullough's for over 20 years. Their team is very professional and always provide topnotch installation. I have had some very short time crunches for remodel jobs in which Tracy and Russ have always helped me get the work done. I appreciate them A LOT!
