Loved loved loved my experience here!! Walked right in and everyone was super nice and sweet. We got seated and I showed them a picture of what I wanted foe my nails and they turned out so good!! Better than I could've imagined!! Paid $65 for them. So worth it!! Definitely going back! I have nothing bad to even say about this place!! Definitely recomend!

They made me feel invalidated and didn’t listen to what I wanted and got upset and aggressively drilled of the paint after I spoke up then continued to do a design I didn’t want saying it looked better. I left unsatisfied and won’t return again.

I am grateful to my nail technician. I am a noontime walk-in on a Friday. She was able to take care of me right away. She was kind and thorough. My nails turned out perfectly. I'm happy to have found this salon.

We went to Lux for wedding nails for my daughter’s wedding because she using them regularly. They did a great job on our manicures and pedicures. The staff went above and beyond to celebrate her. It was really sweet.

I am from out of town for a long stay and have been searching for a good salon. I had 2 recommended this being one of them. Kim was delightful, I got a new powder dip and a wonderful pedicure with NO PAIN unlike the other recommended salon who I decided against pedi after they hurt doing a soak off and re dip powder. ( I mean how.. pay attention to the tools and speed and skin please) We laughed and conversed through the entire time I was there! I most definitely will be returning! Clean, organized, and For both services I was pleased with the price! Her service menus are very upfront with pricing which I also liked! Definitely recommend 10/10!

I’ve been coming here for a little over a year now (I think) and I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. They have taken care of me and whatever I’m asking for every single time and they’ll even help me out when I’m stuck between what colors I want lol. I almost always see Kim and I absolutely adore her! She is so sweet and always a pleasure to be around. I’ve had my nails done by other techs as well and they are also all really great! I highly recommend Lux Nails to anyone in the area. I also recommend setting up appointments to help avoid any wait times ☻ ♡

If there was an option to leave NO stars I would use ! This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. I paid $62 for a pedicure that was rushed through, I asked if my ingrown toenail could be cut out, they told me they couldn’t do it!! The guy got mad because my teenage son did not want a pedi from him, he wanted to wait on the lady. So in all I spent $99 here and I hated the wall we were treated!I will never come here again!!!!Service: Pedicure

Worst manicure and pedicure I’ve ever had. The young man who took care of me Saturday didn’t know what he was doing very well. No massage during my manicure or pedicure, he put 3 thick coats of polish on my nails and the next day, they started peeling off. What a waste of 50.00. This place is affordable and good quality work. I paid 50 for brow wax, gel manicure with simple nail art and gems. The tech did knick my hand but was quick to address the situation and apologetic. My friend has been a repeative client and I can see why. Definitely will be back.

Went in for fill-in today, the man who did my nails did not paint the front tips of the nails.... Where the acrylic part of the fake nail is still visible and scratchy. I realized they weren't right but had something to do, so I had to.leave. Came back a hour later and showed them it wasn't painted right & the lady says it is because of the shape(square). I show her the tips are clearly not painted & she keeps saying it's scratchy because the square shape & that they need to be reshaped. I've had square nails before that did not scratch me. The thumb nail tip on my right hand is painted right & it does not scratch me like the others do. I WILL NOT BE BACK
BAD BUSINESS /&PROFESSIONALISM. I will be taking my business elsewhere
