The Kate Elder State Farm office provides outstanding and tremendous customer service. The team is the best, always polite, easy to reach, responsive, and prompt. They do an outstanding job reviewing and updating policies, answering questions, and providing accurate service in a timely manner. They help people manage risks and assist with insurance plans to fit unique needs, including for out-of-state clients. Many customers are very happy, have saved money, and highly recommend them.
