Went to steve's auto body for hail damage. They did fine with fixing the hail damage but when they were possessing my vehicle they had cleaned out the interior of my vehicle. When I had picked it up I had noticed that in the process of doing that they had taken my floor mats out. My drivers mat was in passenger side and vice versa. They had also lost the fastener to my floor mats which is what bothered me the most. I called Corey Billups asking what i could do to get it fixed and Corey Billups had stated that "it was missing when i had dropped of the vehicle." This was very insulting. Did he really think that i wouldn't notice that missing? I drive this car everyday. Why were they cleaning my interior if i asked for hail damage repair? I recommend going to a different auto body shop down the road called Steve Harter auto body where he actually cares if the customer is satisfied.

Upfront, the staff is very kind and did their best to meet my needs. The quality, however, was absolutely horrible. While they did try to fix my paint that had dry spots, remnants of sanding and orange peel, they really made it worse, trying to make it look OK. It looks so bad, I’m taking it to another body shop to redo the paint job. On top of that, while I appreciate their attempt to clean my vehicle, they sprayed a mystery spray on my windshield and left it for when I picked it up. I couldn’t get it off, and neither could they leading to a brand new windshield replacement. I read the rest of the reviews here and it’s what drove me to the shop. I don’t know if my vehicle got the tech straight out of tech school or what the issue was, but very, very disappointed and won’t be going back to Steve’s ever again.

I absolutely loved my experience at this body shop. I had a collision with a deer, so my options were a bit limited by my insurance company. Also my appointment was for 2 months after the incident ?so not the best. I got REGULAR updates on how my car was progressing, and even when the repairs took longer than expected, I was informed immediately and told why. They also kept in contact with the rental place to tell them when and if I needed extensions on my rental. The entire process was seamless, but BEST OF ALLLLL the interior of my car was spotless and I suspect DETAILED when it was returned to me. The paint job is flawless as well. They do impeccable work here! if you have the time to wait for a job done to perfection, this is the place to go!!!

My vehicle was dropped off and sat for 24 days incurring $100 a day storage fee. I called twice in that timeframe checking the status of my car because the number of allowed rental days were running out. Only to find out they had not done anything to my car. No one from the shop reached out to say anything in regards to issues with my insurance at any time. I could have been driving my own car until the shop was actually ready to do the work. The ball was dropped and I’m dealing with the after mass. Quick to point the finger. Communication and customer service needs some work.

I hate to leave this review because the people there are nice. However I had to take our vehicle there for 4 follow-ups. Afterwards they gave up on fixing it. Claim was closed and I still don’t have a functioning door. You trust people with your money and time. I think they should make things right.Services: Painting

I had damage to my vehicle. The team at Steve's took care of the cars damages as well as gave my repaired vehicle back absolutely spotless. They answered all my questions and made sure I was in touch with a loaner car during repairs. I couldn't not be more pleased with their professionalism and superior care.

Using Steve's for the second time for our daughter's car. Thieves attempted to steal it and damaged it, Steve's did a fabulous job and even rectified an issue. Her car got stolen and damaged and it was an easy decision to send it to them again.Services: Tires
