“My first visit to Local Lucy’s was to turn in our Gustav the elf sheet and it was so cute!! So many customized and personalized kids clothing and cups. My son picked out an adorable Gustav ornament for our Christmas tree but it ended up shattering when we were putting it on the tree and it fell. I was able to glue the ornament together and then I ended up dropping it. I raced to Local Lucy’s before they closed and was able to find the last Gustav ornament with the same image and the lovely woman at the counter insisted that I have it after I recounted our previous ornament tragedy! ? We will definitely be returning customers!”

“RSM had an amazing St.Louis Blues shirt. It was advertised through Facebook. I am skeptical of these ads as I have been burned before by scammers. But I wanted that Big Rig shirt bad! So I clicked the link. Then I ran into some hiccups. IT sort of hiccups. I messaged RSM and they took care of me. I wrote what I was wanting. Sizes colours etc and they made up an invoice for me and sent me a payment request through PayPal. I paid and waited patiently. Some time went by and I sent s follow up messaging asking for a status update. I was given a quick response. Another few days go by and still no updated info. So I messaged again, and again great customer service. I was told their tracking info has it in Canada and in its way. Well it showed up the next day! The company also went above and beyond and sent me two free gifts with my order. Two St.Louis Blues rally towels!! I live about 1300kms from St.Louis so for them to give me a rally towel for my all time favorite team is super fantastic.”
