I was just treated so poorly by the manager of this store. Unfortunately I did not get his name, but he claimed to be the manager. I had came into the store today to seek a return of the membership that I was suggested to purchase. I no longer needed nor wanted the membership and it was still within the 2 day return window policy. I was told that I am causing problems asking for a return and that I should go to a different store. I was basically accosted by this manager who acted extremely passive aggressive towards me. I was also told he does not care about me or any experience I’ve had with GameStop. I have always had positive experiences with GameStop all of my life. This is the first time anything like this has happened. I am really just shocked at what could cause this person to treat me like this and basically indicate how much of a horrible person I am to request a simple return. I have contacted the corporate office to make them aware of this interaction.I don’t want to go as far as saying avoid this location, but I will say just be sure to walk on eggshells and tread lightly when you are in this store.

Came in yesterday to buy Pokemon 151 box and told me they don’t price match unless you’re a payed member. Never had a problem with it before.

I didn’t like the young cashier’s attitude when I went to the GameStop across from SWIC tonight. She was going on with the typical spiel, asking if I had a membership or rewards card to GameStop. When I ask how much the card or membership, she asked “May I continue?” Not the kind of respect I expect due to to the customer. I hope this gal won’t be there for very long.

Went in here with my buddy Wesley to trade in a game and buy one and it was like 10 minutes til closing time but Dwayne was super nice and super helpful he helped us out quickly. He's a good worker at least he was today I'll definitely be coming back to here if I ever need anything from here

Dewayne is rude. He expects you to know every GS policy and then can’t believe it when you don’t know. Their policy regarding the return of brand new items being a trade in at less than you purchased it because you opened the plastic is a ridiculous scalper policy. I picked up a game in the new release section only for him to tell me it wasn’t out yet either. Why would you put games under new releases if they haven’t been released yet?

Swung in with my nephew to get the newish Pokemon game for his birthday. The young lady at the counter was nice and helpful. The store was clean and seemed to have quite a bit of games and accessories. They had the game we needed at a fair price and we got the warranty to go with it. Overall a good experience and would return.

Great customer service. I really enjoy going into this store and getting the best help possible. Love the fact they buy back games ands resell them to help others out with lower cost and less landfill items. I look forward to coming back in to see what new games they have in stock.
