Had me holding on the phone for so long and just to find out I didn’t have any options. I had to keep repeating myself I guess they didn’t hear ?? me over the phone but it’s okay ?? Please work on customer service skills.

The best when it comes to insurance. New car, old car it doesn't matter. I hate to say I moved out of state and I miss them. Keep up the good work guys!?
