Alison (representative) goes above and beyond to help you with supplies. If an item is on back order and you need that item ASAP, she will help find another item or update you when the item is available again. Very pleasant too.

You cannot beat their customer service! They always find a replacement if something is out of stock, and they always make it right. Great people at Egyptian!
