Always solves any issues I've had. Again don't retire anytime soon your the doctor of all doctors. :)

Took my mother during my lunch to the Belleville office-waited about an hour and a half. The staff’s response to the issue was “yes, he’s always running late”. Doesn’t take a genius to figure out how to fix that problem. Absolutely unacceptable

I’m 66 yrs old, why can’t Rawdon give me the medication that’s going to help me. All I hear is lol I’m not going to lose my license. I can’t work because of insomnia I had to take off today because he won’t help me. Tell me why ED is abusive and neglecting because I go there when he refuse to help me ,giving me no other choice, imagine that, he thinks it okay to be unprofessional .you told me to come see you instead of ED how, when I get an appointment a week away, you don’t help anyways. Tired of being tired . O well it’s time to change Doctors. I ain’t messing with you Rawdon I may have to give up on you. Thought you were going to care for my health. I don’t take over the counter medication. Been there done that. Thank you. Drowning in sleepiness and pain. But you won’t help.

Don’t book anything thru Edwardsville with him. New client that the day before the appt they say he is not coming to Edwardsville and instead I have to go to him in Belleville. Already scheduled work to be off at point and can’t change my meetings a day ahead to drive an extra 45 minutes. Then find out he is booked out till October so now I have to find other physician. Maybe better notice and honoring your appts.

Dr rowden has been my Dr for a long time great dr... unfortunately I got stuck with Dr Pam today and she is trash... complete waste of time and money seeing her... she doesn't care about anything but her money... there's 4 year Olds out there that could do her job better... and after speaking with nurses in the building mane MANY people feel thus way... avoid her if you wan any help...

Seen by Dr.Rawdon for RUQ pain checked gallbladder with hida scan told it was normal with an ejection functioning rate of 81% ! That is hyperkinetic I am telling them I have pain still told oh maybe it’s IBS or go to gastroenterologist. I have been to gastroenterologist guess next step is second opinion and an internal medicine doctor?

I've been going here for sometime now, but since they've been taken over by BJC, quality of care has took a nose dive. Good luck trying to talk to some one, after long waits , you'll get disconnected and have to start all over again with busy signals.

Hands down one of the best doctor's around period!he takes the time to listen and tends to your every care. After dealing with a doctor like moh&$@n,im so lucky I discovered this man here...I advice anyone who truly care of there well being to schedule a appointment with this office,,,you won't be sorry..never knew of a doctors office I have no problem giving my money to..thank you doc Dave ....larry

My girlfriend and I drove all the way from Missouri to see this doctor’s assistant, Pam today. She was badly injured in a car accident and all Pam had to offer was rude and unprofessional behavior. She wouldn’t write a prescription and suggested to take ibuprofen...Seriously?? She is so badly injured that she can barely walk. I’ve seen better medical care from 19 year olds in the military. This lady clearly has some type of disgusting obstruction blocking her thought process. Why go to the “doctor” if you can’t even get medicine from them?? Shameful.

Dr. Rawdon was my husband’s PCP for a short while and the care he received at this office was despicable. First, for a surgical procedure, the doctor referred him to the WRONG specialist; one that did not even treat his condition. Every time we have needed to speak to the doctor’s nurse, it takes DAYS to receive a callback. Then, when we try to return their call, you sit on hold and no one answers. The care my husband has received at this office is terrible and he is switching to a new PCP.
