Took my mother during my lunch to the Belleville office-waited about an hour and a half. The staff’s response to the issue was “yes, he’s always running late”. Doesn’t take a genius to figure out how to fix that problem. Absolutely unacceptable

I have been going to this Dr office for many years and now I am very disappointed by lack of care and rude staff at Memorial Office.
