Be sure to ask about their punch cards that land you 30% off one regular priced item. The staff are always cheerful, kind and helpful. I highly recommend checking it out if you're in the area. Oh and I have seen them doing great things for people in our community and I'm sure there are many more things they do I haven't seen. A great local family owned store!”

“We have been members of the Y off and on for many years. Sometimes it's busy and doesn't fit our schedule, but when it does, there is so much to offer! Downtown is clean, friendly staff, a variety of classes, a sauna, walking track, and a full range of equipment. My son loves the rock wall and pool and has started using the gym as well.”

“It's a decent place. Soo far the people have been nice. The equipment is a bit dated and when broken it takes a long time to get fixed. Rates seem a bit high compared to other places. I'm paying for a lot of services I will never use. But helping keep costs down for those that do.”
