If you enjoy the smell of cat urine, aren’t skinny enough to fit between your sink and wall to get into the shower, have to slosh thru muddy unkept landscaping and clean your place up yourself after what few repairs were made to your falling apartment that you have to furnish with the basics yourself, go with these guys! I had the name wrong in the first post so I WON’T be removing my review. Oh, and the overpricing is amazing!

This is a very heartfelt review. I walked into this location when I was desperate for a good and attentive realtor who had my interests in mind. I spoke to Ola at the front desk who referred me to Barb Davidson. Barb was so kind to me and listened to my concerns and fears and paired me with the best realtor Anne Branum.Anne is a consummate professional. She is kind, business minded and still cares about you as an individual. She has helped me buy my first investment property and now we are working on closing on my family home.These three ladies won't steer you wrong. I've had terrible experiences with other realtors and this team is truly the good side of real estate. Never once has Anne been pushy or forced me to buy quickly. She communicates very well. Even when I was losing faith in finding a suitable family home, she was patient and we found the right one!Anne has worked with some of the selling teams and pointed out all the amazing features of the home I am buying for my family. She understands the type of loan I am using and helped me identify a great property which happens to be sold by an equally amazing team and seller! I cannot wait to close and move in.For all my investment properties Anne is my go to! Call her, you will see all the qualities I mentioned and more.

After leasing property. I requested to be present during walkthrough because I didn’t trust Annette. They refused to do walkthrough & fraudulently kept $600 dollars of my deposit for professional cleaning that wasn’t warranted. The company they supposedly used - Allbrite which I believe is affiliated with them was dishonest as well.

My agent, Lori Rodriguez, was a true Godsend to me. I was a little desperate and a lot overwhelmed when I reached out through Facebook looking for someone to help me find and buy a house. Thankfully, Lori replied and was quick to learn what it was I was looking for. She was always very patient with me and made herself available for showings, despite my crazy schedule. Should Brown Property choice to address their issues, I'll change this review, otherwise below is an accurate representation of Brown Rental. After 6 years, apparently Brown rental, Annette and Chris still do the same things in keeping people's deposits. After 6yrs of renting the same property, I gave them 30+ days notice of moving out. They acknowledged the notice and then proceeded to provide zero checklist or expectations of what needed to be done or what they would charge for if not done. After moving out, and prior to turning in keys I had every carpet cleaned, and spent over 6hrs cleaning the entire condo. Brown gave no indication of what to do with the keys. I dropped them off at Brown's office and the receptionist seemed to be surprised by this. I had to email Annette to check on the security deposit and advise where a check could be sent. There was no initiation by them to get this information. I was briskly told by email they had 30days to provide the security deposit. When I finally got the deposit check they deducted $570 for cleaning and housekeeping. The housekeeper alone claimed 9hrs to clean a vacant 3bdrm condo that had already had every bathroom and the kitchen deep cleaned. The carpet in the unit was already multiple tenants old and needed to be replaced not cleaned again, and it had stretch wrinkles in multiple rooms when I moved in 6yrs prior. When I moved in in 2016, Brown didn't bother to paint any room of the condo from the previous tenants. As a result, rooms had scratches, stains, dirty hand prints, and plenty of nail holes. Over 6 years, I repainted much of the unit personally, at my cost, just so I didn't have to look at their lack of maintenance. Add all of this to the already poor maintenance response the Brown provides and they occupy the space between slumlord and vested owner. When the stack of 3 bathrooms were damaged by a failed toilet in the second floor bathroom, Brown took over 5 weeks to repair the unit, leaving a family of 4 with only the master bathroom functional. It was only after repeated calls and emails that they sent their handyman to perform the repair work of drywall replacement, mold abatement, and hardwood floor replacement, none of which was done properly. Someone pocketed a lot of insurance money. They closed multiple maintenance requests for things such as roof leaks and sump pump discharges that weren't draining properly without performing any repair or apparent inspection. If you want a property manager that you need to stay on getting things fixed, Brown is perfect for you. They manage a high number of units in the Cambridge Condominiums, and I spent 6yrs watching the quality of that complex slowly deteriorate.

My realtor “Doug Jameson” Was extremely unprofessional when he texted my phone and had a nasty attitude all because I told him I was no longer interested at looking a house that was on my list. I canceled within a 24 hour period. That was enough time for him. Instead he gave me a nasty attitude. On top of that I spoke to the manager today and she was rushing me on the phone when I was explaining to her about Doug’s behavior towards me. As a first time home buyer this company has left a bad impression.

I rented a house from them for a year. Any time I needed something fixed they weren't quick about having it completed. I was without A/C twice during my year there because the unit kept having issues. I just received my deposit back and it's way less than I expected. The charged me $325 for junk removal of items that were already there when I moved in, compost which I did not have on the property but the neighbor had that, and supposed concrete from the basement. They also charged me $275 for cleaning!!!!! Who in their right mind would pay $275 for a one time cleaning of the inside of a property?? I would pay that for a month of cleaning, which mind you yes I know it's normal to have a place cleaned after someone moved out but I also cleaned the place before I left so what was there to clean?? I would not recommend anyone rent from them.

I can only speak on the conversation and experience I had with the person over the phone which is a lady named Olivia. She has the worse attitude and is very nonchalant. I simply and very nicely asked if she had photos of an apartment that I was interested in and she rudely told me to use my imagination. That is not a way to do business. I have a very, very good job with checks stubs to prove it and because I don't think she liked the way I sound over the phone she denied me, I have a very strong southern accent. I mean what else could it be. I can't speak for the company has a whole but that lady Olivia in general does very bad business.

Terrible! I would never recommend to anyone to ever rent from Brown Rents! $300 back from a $1950 deposit. Given 5 weeks notice to move out of a 2400 sq ft home, never paid rent late, yet zero respect for our family or time. We left the house clean, yet we're charged over $800 for cleaning & carpet cleaning services. I'm positive they used that money to clean it before selling it and put that unnecessary cost on us because we left the home JUST AS clean, if not better, then when we arrived. We even re-mulched and re-rocked the front landscaping, yet they still kept our money upon moving out. Ridiculous. If you want to be scammed out of your money, rent from Brown Realtors.

As first time home buyers, we were novices to how the housing market worked, what to look for, and anything regards to looking for a home. Rachel was kind, respectful, and compassionate in making sure we found the right fit for our first home. She walked us through the contract, sometimes in late hours of the night (lol --we greatly appreciated this) and made sure we were comfortable throughout the whole process. House buying can be stressful and at no point did we feel stressed beyond the norms such as underwriting, inspections, and appraisals. From house viewings to closing date, Rachel was there for us every step of the way. We couldn't be more appreciative for everything she has done for us. If we had to go through the same process all over again, we'd for sure have Rachel on speed dial. Thank you for all you've done!

TERRIBLE! Purchased a home at the end of summer in 2018 with the "help" of Kaye Mcintyre. We truly thought that we had met a realtor that wasn't scummy. That was until I got a bill in January stating that our home was part of an HOA. What?! Nowhere in my closing documents does it even suggest an HOA, which I am confident is against the law on the part of Coldwell. So many nasty things I could say with my experience, but I guess you can't expect someone to do their jobs without scamming someone (especially a military family). Thanks for nothing!

Worst real estate experience. We had our house listed by Joe Carroll of Coldwell Banker. We couldn't get a hold of him for almost 5 days by voice or text. His excuse was he had too many clients.
Additionally, he failed to execute a price listing amendment and valuable time was lost. He told us he didn't care how we felt. Worst agent ever in our experience, very unprofessional. Complaints with evidence to management went unanswered.
