After they close the door and supposed to have someone working the window they will have employees there but no one will come the window sat there for a good 10 min ringing the bell but no one came out and it’s not the first time this happens

Walk in at 530 pm to purchase a lottery ticket. Was told the register was closed but I could use the self checkout if I had a card. I did so I asked how I get a lottery ticket from there. She said you can't, you can only get it at this register and it's closed. Ok....message heard. We do not want your money, please buy gas and other items somewhere else. No problem I will never step foot in this store again.

A great Circle K in a bad neighborhood. Employees were friendly and helpful. Of course gas is too expensive, but here lately when is it not expensive. I am not a fan of the after-hours window use. You have plenty of products that will not fit in that after hours window. That is upper management problem so if your sales are lacking that is one reason. Are you doing

I came here around 9pm- last week. the location’s inside was closed because it was after hours. so i had to go to the outside window for service. i was behind another customer, who claimed he was waiting for someone to help him so he could get gas, for almost 7-8 mins before i even got there. There wasn’t a single employee at the window... and from what we could see not even in the store. He needed gas, and was on E and couldn’t make it to another gas station, so he had no choice but to wait. I for one, could have went somewhere else but it was already getting late and it’s literally right by my house, i didn’t want to make a trip out of my way when this location is right here. I stood at the window with this other customer for a good while, ringing the bell, and everything... FINALLY!!!!!... the employee is seen coming from the back, maybe the bathroom - i’m not sure and when she got up to the window she had such a nasty attitude towards us. She acted like we were this huge inconvenience that just interrupted her night. (i was waiting at the window about 10/12 mins by the time she finally came to the window, and the other customer waited about 20 mins before he got any service too)(look i get everyone has bad days and what not, but how she was acting/ her overall attitude towards us was completely uncalled for.)This location is very convenient for me, which is why i go here, but the attitudes and lack of compassion from some employees towards the customers is wrong!! Some of us that come inside just wanna get our things and go, some of us are on a time schedule, like having to be at work, or somewhere else of timed importance.. and some workers, (i wouldn’t say all) but some of them act like we have all the time in the world to listen to them talk about personal things, and enjoy meals while running transactions.. it’s really such a shame, because circle k gas stations are my absolute favorite, and this one is sooo close to me, but i’d say some things need to be fixed so customers can have a better experience than what we’re currently being given...??♀️

Nastiest place I’ve been to. They eat while cash handling. They smoke right outside the door. The fountain soda is nasty. They constantly go through workers. I don’t recommend coming to this location.

Im a regular and love the employees.The only issues ever is the bathroom. The toilet needs fixed and it smells like pee so badly. Just needs to be washed real good with bleach :)

Worse gas station in belleville. Unless you have 20-30 min to waste I'd take the time to drive down to qt or BP. It'll be quicker for you in the end.
