I got a pickup order through the drive through today and they were quite busy, though they were working through the line with the usual efficiency. A worker who I assume is the manager asked me if I preferred chocolate chip or sugar cookies, I was a bit confused and thinking out loud I said something along the lines of "Oh, the app must have said it's my birthday" and while the worker clarified that they were asking everyone, they later let me know that they were going to include a cookie in my bag :) Delightful cookie, delightful meal, and delightful service!

I have a new respect for Chick-fil-A and it has nothing to do with the food. Don't get me wrong the food is really good but what impressed me the most was the service, understanding, and patience that was shown by the workers. I took my nephew that has special needs out to lunch or more specifically he took his grandparents and me out to lunch. We are working on money skills this visit and the individual that was helping us to place our order was very patient and understanding of this taking a while as my nephew had to calculate what each item cost, what the estimated cost would be, and what change he would get back. As this was taking place and took some time, the other workers stepped up and helped the other customers. Talk about team work. I greatly appreciate that we got person to person interaction and not having to interact with a kiosk to take our order. I wish I would have gotten the young man's name that helped us, but I am so thankful for his service. He truly went above and beyond what he is required to do. Thank you Chick-fil-A at Green Mount Commons FSU (#02856) in Belleville, IL for all that you did to make this a positive experience for my nephew and me.

There is no curbside pickup service. What’s the point of having an app to order ahead? Everyone else has curbside. Even grocery stores! I get my food and then get stuck behind 2 cars in front of me. Stupidest setup ever.

Always clean, staff is always super pleasant, and the food is always good. Love the non fried side options, nice to not have to eat fries everywhere. Also there's not many places you can get grilled chicken anymore, kinda wild.

They got my order wrong the last 2 times I've been there. The food and service has definitely deteriorated since the store opened. If I decide to return there, some time in the future, I will be checking my order before I leave the pickup area.
