Today my husband and I accompanied our widowed friend to Cardinal Buick to shop for a new vehicle. David Tutterow was our sales person, and he was fantastic. He was patient, very knowledgeable about all of the vehicles and very easy to talk to. Working the deal was very straight forward. Numbers presented were easy to understand. Before, during and after the sale, David took the time to show us the features of the vehicle and how to work them. New cars have so many buttons. 100% recommend.

Very pleased with my entire vehicle purchasing experience at Cardinal Buick GMC. Garrett McComb was very professional and answered all my questions. Took the time to listen to all my needs while on the phone discussing the vehicle. Had the truck ready for me when I arrived at the dealership. He went over all the systems, bells and buzzers with me. I will highly recommend Garrett and the team at Cardinal Buick GMC.

We just bought a new Acadia late Monday evening. It was well after closing to get everything finished up and several staff stayed without complaint to get the purchase completed. Kudos for that.Now the complaint; it wasn't until finalizing the paperwork in the finance office that we noticed a $249 charge for nitrogen filled tires. This was added to the negotiated bottom line price and we were adamantly told that this is added to every vehicle they sell and is not a negotiable item. I personally have zero belief that nitrogen filled tires are worth the cost and it doesn't take much research to confirm that. We live over two hours away so it has even less value, actually a hindrance. We were so committed to the car at that point I didn't get up and walk away which is what should have occurred.And the kicker; on the way home I was flipping through settings and found that they didn't even fill the tires equally. Nice guys, real nice. The picture I snapped is attached.Their MO is to pad the bottom line with non-negotiable, unwanted and arguably unnecessary line items. Helps keep the lights on I guess. Always great service here. Highly recommend David Tutterow in sales - we need more quality, honest, and straight shooting type of people in these positions because a car purchase is a major decision... Just purchased a 2023 Enclave for my wife from David Tutterow at Cardinal. I negotiated the deal remotely with him and he sent all the information I requested along with providing me a personal video tour of the vehicle. I ended up finalizing the purchase in person and had a great experience with David! My wife absolutely despises buying vehicles yet David was able to make it pleasant for her so I highly recommend you calling on him to be your salesman!Reference my name when you see him and he will take special care of you!

My wife, who typically does not like dealerships, and I, were treated to literally the BEST car buying experience we have ever had. From our salesperson Josh, to our finance representative, to the general manager, everyone was very pleasant, informative and respectful. It was absolutely pressure free. Josh was always upfront and honest with the buying process. A lot of times a salesperson will tell you what you want to hear to get you in and then you will be informed of the real truths after inside. Josh did not do that. It was absolutely wonderful. We purchased the SUV we were looking for at the price we expected to pay. Josh, thank you again for EVERYTHING you have done to help us out.

My experience with Matthew Colombo was informative, convenient and swift. After stopping in browsing the inventory I inquired about various vehicles and pricing, took a test drive And was content with my selection everything went smoothly with the entire process from test driving to signing of papers. I would definitely recommend this dealer. If you’re in the market for a new or used vehicle pricing is reasonable, and service is exceptional. This place has a good team of individuals to serve their customers.

Poor customer service. Purchase to use vehicle there. When I informed them that the front tire on the driver side had a bent rim they said they could do nothing. Would never use this dealership again.

Great experience and customer service. TC was awesome. He went above and beyond. A storm rolled in while we were there. He pulled the car we were looking out under the cover so we didn’t have to get wet in the rain. The power went out and he still took the time to do everything manually and in the dark. Overall it was the best experience we’ve ever had car shopping. We planned to go to a few other dealerships after Cardinal but there was no need. They gave us a great deal on our new car and our trade!*Trey is the best from Texas!!*

What more to say about TC, he is every bit of wonderful! They should make a new word to describe him. He was patient and understanding. He helped us navigate through the buying process, he didn’t pressure us or be like a typical sales person. But he has made this experience Wonderful. You NEED to experience the Too Cool Experience!

There is no way I would recommend this company to anyone of my friends or family. Avoid Cardinal GMC I talked to the service manager. He called me out of my name multiple times VERY UNPROFESSIONAL Refused to help even after he lied to me and said my car would be done And would let the service writer know? Which he completely failed did not take care of the problem. The fact that the this man still has a job is an atrocity!!!!!!!!! This is Not how customer service works

Well to offer a dealership discount and then decided that in order to get the discounts, I have to go through your choice of financing which on a whole was fine. My credit is exceptional, as is my husbands, and for you to choose who you are going to add the extra 3% interest on in order to get a kick back and then tell me its so you can get your money back on the car. I take responsibility for not doing my homework before we entered you dealership; I promise you that will never happen again. After all the great sales work both Matt Columbo and Bruno did, for your finance guy, Sam to put such a dirty taste in my mouth for your dealership.
