Extremely rude! Has absolutely no customer service skills. I am paying to repair someone else’s vehicle that I hit and he told me I’m not dealing with you I am dealing with the owner of the vehicle. Mind you I called about 15 different shops and I was the one that found this shop we had to reschedule twice and he threatened to keep my deposit also. This man does not do business correctly or fairly.

This is a bigoted body shop. If you are a veteran or elder they seem to think your automobile is unworthy of their time you will not get the time of day let alone an insurance appraisal. I hate when some prima donna tells me what I love is not worth fixing and won't bother to even tell me what that price might be just that I cannot afford it.

Best Auto Body Shop Ever!! Found this shop over 20 years ago. Unfortunately he has repaired many of my cars especially when I was younger but now its because of others running into me. I wouldn't go anywhere else ever and it helps that their is a mechanical shop right next door. Thank you Brian!!

We used Brian's because we happened to hit a deer near his shop and it was the closest place to go. We really lucked out. He is very nice, did all the work carefully himself, and even charged us less than his estimate. We were really impressed with him. It's obvious that he loves what he does and takes pride in it.
