This is the STUPIDEST BANK you could ever deal with. Trying to pay off a loan and they won't give it to me. I would NEVER recommend this bank for ANYTHING

I recently paid my credit card off in full. That was mid May. They sent me a bill for April interest. I asked for the pay off amount and that is what I paid. then to receive this late hit is shameful. Just a money grab. Opened new checking account in January 2019. No minimum balance and no monthly fees. Bank staff always friendly and very helpful.
