They would not sell a $20.00 Part to me to fix one of my furnaces, when it was 6° Fahrenheit. Because I was not a contractor. When I replace my furnace and a/c units in my rental properties. I will be sure to order them online, and make sure Benoist does not make a penny on my back.

Love doing business with the people at the Belleville store. Everyone is super helpful and knowledgeable. From the manager, to the tm, to the counter guys, to the delivery driver the people are what make doing business with this Benoist branch so great
