“Alex the associate at BOA in Belleville was wonderful. He took an extra step to resolve my problem. He made extra calls to get my problem resolved. Regardless of the amount of time it took for my issue; he stuck it out. I'm use to customer service representatives either passing you off to others oppose to taking an extra step to help the customer with a issue. Also, I would like to compliment his supervisor. She was also supportive in getting my issue resolved. In summary Alex is the definition of what customer service should look like.”
“A strong recommend. Very down to earth for a banking institution. We got our mortgage through them (they service them through First Integrity, a very highly rated company across the river in Missouri) and they were very honest about where the mortgage would be transferred to. The rate was hands down the best I saw anywhere and the fees were even better. The regular dividends on their accounts are also fantastic.”

However; after our last experience I’ll be coming to the Walmart location from here on out. We’ve been banking with first community for over 4 years now and never given a card until our last visit at this location with Doug. This now will make our trips quicker and easier. It’s blew my mind no one has ever given us one before then. Highly recommended banking with them.”

Decent service, the staff was nice, you might have a wait on your hands due to this being a very small location with usually 1-2 people working.”
“The people at this branch are very helpful and nice.They have the best checking account for any local bank, because one of them does not have overdraft charges if your account is overdrawn. The woman who helped me open an account called me a week after I opened the account to see how the account was doing. I think the bank is a little large for their purposes, however.”
