“This auto-body shop is near cornfields on the outskirts of Belleville, IL. There is nothing fancy about it. No frills, no waiting area and absolutely not near any other business' except farmland. However, they took care of two fender-benders for me on two different suvs in 2023 (my Infiniti and my wife's Lexus). The repairs were professionally performed, reasonably priced and delivered on time! I visited several of the more known body shops first, but Westview was able to complete my repairs sooner than some were able to get me in for a quote! I will use them again, but hopefully I won't need to for a long while.”

Even offered an alternative solution to what was causing the issue as we were preparing to spend a minimum of $300 at the dealership just to review the electrical wires. “After the recent deep freeze, my car broke down And I had to wait over three hours for a tow truck in the parking lot of Advance auto parts. James and Ty were incredibly kind all night letting me and my father come in and get warm after helping to diagnose the problem. There was a sticker on the door that said people first, and at this location they truly mean it. If you have had bad luck at the auffenberg dealerships DO NOT let that stop you from using the body shop services. The crew was knowledgeable, friendly and a pleasure to work with.
When most people have to have their car in a bodyshop it usually is not a great thing. The knowledge of this crew will take your worries, put them at ease and help you through the whole process. They can offer great incite of what to expect from insurance.
It was my first time dealing with insurance and Cory made sure I took the right steps for the best results. He was patient and understanding and took time to explain things about insurance that I did not understand.
