Artigem was amazing to work with in helping me restore my engagement ring. Unfortunately, one of the diamonds in my engagement ring fell out. They were able to turn a very negative event into an positive experience. Dawn and her team were wonderful to work with from beginning to end, making sure I felt comfortable with the entire process. They ended up having to rebuild my ring in order to ensure that the diamonds would be safe in the future. I am so, so happy with the end result. My ring looks exactly like my original engagement ring, but somehow even more beautiful. I'm so glad I entrusted Artigem with this very important job. I am grateful and will cherish my precious engagement ring even more!

I was referred to Artigem by my insurance carrier after I lost a piece of jewelery. Sr. Claims Service Representative, Jeff Whitesides, contacted me within a few days. We chatted several times about my expectations for Artigem to create a replica of the lost item. Jeff was very conscience and a good listener. He followed up with CAD drawings and exact descriptions of each stone and its placement in the replacement piece to be created. As a result, when I received the finished product II was overjoyed at its appearance and the care that Jeff took to create an exact replica of the lost piece. His attention to detail and wonderful customer service was far beyond my expectations! I was also happy to learn Artigem is available to take care of other jewelry repairs/purchases besides insurance replacements. I will definitely consult Artigem’s Jeff Whitesides again.

I recently lost a diamond earring. It was a custom design, with straight and tapered baquettes set in 18k white gold, and after searching everywhere I'd been, I called my insurance company and submitted a claim. They referred me to Artigem, and had me send the remaining earring so they could make the mirror image. Artigem discovered, though, that the remaining earring had a couple of cracked diamonds. So they made me an entire new pair of earrings, reusing the undamaged ones and replacing the others. The only difference I can see is that the new ones are a little more comfortable to wear. Initially, I wasn't happy with the idea of doing business from nearly 2000 miles away, but they kept me apprised of their progress, and I couldn't be happier with the end result.

I had the pleasure of working with Dawn Gruender to replace a lost diamond stud earring. Losing the earring was very stressful. From the first contact that I had with Dawn, she emphasized and set my fears at ease. She worked diligently to match my remaining earring so that they were again a perfect match. We were absolutely thrilled with the entire experience working with Artigem. Of course, we were nervous sending my wedding ring away in the mail, but Dawn assured us that everything would be taken care of. She had picked a replacement diamond for us. Artigem did a fantastic job on my replacement wedding ring set. Dawn Gruender is an amazing person there to work with. The minute you start speaking with Dawn it is abundantly clear that she truly cares about your situation and about making sure that you get the replacement that you want and deserve. Dawn is very knowledgeable regarding the jewelry she is helping you with. In my case she found an absolutely beautiful center stone for my wedding ring set. It is just stunning and is all that I hoped it would be. I was extremely skeptical about working with a company I had never heard of, but once I spoke with Dawn it became clear that she truly cared about helping me get exactly what I wanted for my replacement. The depth of her caring was amazing. When you work with Dawn you feel like you are working with a long time friend ... even though you have never even met until now. I highly recommend Artigem for your jewelry replacement needs and if you can request a specific agent do yourself a favor and request Dawn ... she is amazing!

So pleased with the work done by Artigem for our insurance claim with my wedding ring when the diamond fell out. I was very nervous not using a local jeweler for the work but they made the process so easy and took the time to understand the situation and find the perfect diamond to replace what I lost. Jeff Whitesides went above and beyond all expectations when our ring needed to be replaced, period. My wife's ring was stolen/lost but insured. You don't really expect that the replacement is going to equal the original but Jeff made it happen. He got the setting from the original designer, put in a beautiful diamond, certified to be the same quality as the original--the only difference--it's slightly bigger! When we needed the orientation of the diamond changed, Jeff was available and fast. He sent an insured return box overnight and we had our ring back, looking perfect, in a couple days. He did everything to take the edge off of the pain of losing our loved ring. What you need to get through these situations is an absolute professional to help you through, and that's absolutely what we got. Thank you so much Jeff, and thank you Artigem !
