My experience with Jeff Whitesides at Artigem was almost PERFECT. He was very helpful with getting us a replacement for my wife's engagement. The ring is very very nice. It is nice to work with people nowdays who understand customer service.

So pleased with the work done by Artigem for our insurance claim with my wedding ring when the diamond fell out. I was very nervous not using a local jeweler for the work but they made the process so easy and took the time to understand the situation and find the perfect diamond to replace what I lost. Great customer service!
