I got the car 2 weeks ago the motor goes out. I put 3500 on the car. Now they want 2900 to fix the motor and I don't get none of my money back. Then they tried to say that I was on a high speed police chase that's why the motor went out. Which it wasn't. Motor went out while I was on my way to get my kids from school. They knew the motor was going out.

Got a car from them a while back and a couple days after having it something was wrong with the gear shift. Car would turn off while driving. Did offer to fix but only worked on they time and didn’t work with my schedule

I bought a car bad customer service will never buy are recommend anyone to him.. he's so nice when he trying to sale you a car. But after that if anything goes wrong with the car. He doesn't give you anything don't even work with you.. please don't sign anyting as is that's how he get you..he got me good..i bought a car September and January the transmission went out. I call and told him that the transmission went out..he want talk to you.his secretary talking for him. I'm still making payments on the car. I can't afford to pay for a transmission. I don't know what to do. Am going to try again to talk to him. Hope he work out something else with me.

Stopped by to look at cars and no one would even come out at first to see what we were looking for. After twenty minutes someone came to the door but he was less than optimistic to show us the car we wanted. We left so I can't tell you if it's a good lot or not. Could have been a bad day.

I wish I could give 1/3 of a star. The service was decent at first. The salesman “cut me a deal” because I’m a college student and in the military. However, this dealership sets customers up for failure. I bought a 2013 Ford Taurus from them for $9,500 (give or take) . I put $6,500 down in cash. Instead of doing monthly payments, they put me on a 60 day plan. Pay $500 one month after purchase and then pay the rest of the balance on the 60th day. The only problem is, the rest of the balance was $2,500. My payment was set 2 days before Christmas. They have no decency. They prey on the people that are down bad. After they make a sale, the halfway decent customer service goes out of the window. At that point you’re no longer a valued customer.

Not one of the cars listed on their website is on their lot. And the cars on the lot are over priced.Waste of time.
