heartfelt shout out to these guys, long story short, my husband's car decided to crap out in the middle of nowhere on Sunday and these guys were actually recommended by another shop that was super busy on Monday. .. .I called Tom and Ed's and had it towed there...they promised a mechanic would check it Wednesday and he fixed it immediately ?price quoted was price paid AND a very decent price at that!...if I could give more than 5 stars I would, this shop definitely deserves it...

Just had my car there, won't return price was good they didn't tell us after cutting the rotors we needed new rotors, that cutting them left them warped!!!brakes worse now than before we took it here. Should've been red flags when they said we needed rotors to maintain the pad warranty before they actually inspected the car. Lesson learned you get what you pay for

Ended up going to Tom & Eds in Beecher at the recommendation of another place as I needed body work and internal work done. I'm so glad I did. The communication was seamless, they called me frequently to update me about the status of my parts and my claim. They communicated well with my insurance, and they even cleaned out the inside of my car (which admittedly was pretty rough when I brought it in). Had body work done when it was still Goldie's. They were great, so I brought my car back for some mechanical issues. Kelly in the office is amazing! Bill was fantastic. He kept me informed and had my car ready when he said it would be. Reasonably priced as well. I'll definitely go back!

I had a flat tire and was looking for somewhere that could plug it quickly and with the best rate. Not only was their price the best I found but they took care of it right away and had it done the same day! Also, everyone I came into contact with was super nice! I highly recommend Goldie's!!

They are good workers for fixing car bodies due to collisions incidents , but they are bad in fixing internal electrical problems. I had a bad experience with the diagnostic they perform to my car .I ended up taking it to the dealer and I lost a lot time for that .

Fantastic job on my collision repair! My car looks brand new and you would never even know that the accident happened. They are wonderful to deal with and exceeded my expectations with the repair.
