Each time I visit, the attitudes worsen from everybody except the receptionist. And god forbid you have an emergency happen on Saturday past 11:59am. You’ll just have to wait until monday at 8am. Probably the worst bank ive ever had an account with.

Has always felt valued & employees try hard to always excel at customer service but can really appreciate how great they are when you compare to old national bank, the other bank in peotone. They are just Atrocious. Thanks to FCBT for giving peotone residents a great banking option
