Very professional, Rick was very honest and respectful. this shop EASILY has the best prices that you're going to find around. I paid 900 for work that 2 other shops were trying to charge me 2500 for. Will definitely be going back

7/20/21 - I called and spoke with the owner who advised that I can bring my vehicle in on the following Monday morning for service.7/26/21 - 8:30AM: I bring my vehicle in and the owner advised that he may need to hold onto it for 3-4 days. I reminded him that I had called and scheduled service for this day. He said, okay but I got “guys in front of you.” Once he checks his log, he finds my name and said, “oh yeah, you did call.” He goes on to explain that “his guy looks at these kinds of things” (electrical issue) and I ask that this guy call and provide an update as soon as he is able. 2:15PM: No phone call was made. I return to the shop to find my vehicle parked in the same spot where I had left it. I inquire of the shop owner regarding the status of my vehicle and he responds by explaining that he’s a sixty-nine old man and that he’s doing the best he can do as he grows to become visibly frustrated.Time to hang it up if this is the best you can do.
