I truly dislike when I have a package that goes through this facility being delivered!! Over 95% of the time my package does not arrive until 2 days at the minimum past the expected delivery date!! I only have this problem with the Bedford Illinois Facility!!

I had a package that I shipped arrive in Puerto Rico before a package of mine even LEFT this post office. It took about 5 days to get a package to Puerto Rico, and, as of the time I’m typing this, it’s been 5 days of my package just sitting in Bedford Park. I still haven’t received it, so it may even be lost. Overall, phenomenal job to everyone at the Bedford Park distribution center!

Tracked my package (expedited shipping) from California to this facility. Took 2 days to get here, 14 days later it’s still sitting here saying “arriving later than expected. I live 20miles away. I’m not allowed to pick up my package and have no update as to when my package will be delivered. Very upsetting I paid so much extra to get my package sooner and yet it’s going on 3 weeks now with no update. This is not the first time, I had a package about 6 months ago show up here and then end up “lost” and never show up after 30 days. Trying to file a claim on that package was a nightmare as the information was never updated and the usps rep just kept saying it was still at Bedford park facility, eventually a “supervisor” marked it as lost and told me to contact the company I ordered from as they are no longer responsible. This place needs a serious overhaul or a change in operation, there is no reason a government facility should have a 1 out of 5 star review with hundreds of the same exact complaints. They clearly have a serious problem.

This is the WORST Post Office I have ever known! My packages go through the postal system fine until they reach Bedford Park Illinois. There, they seem to go into a black hole. They are delayed or sent to another postal transfer location that they were just at instead of coming to my local post office in Frankfort Illinois. It is SO FRUSTRATING as there is nobody to call or complain to. If anyone has any ideas on what to do about this incompetent post office please let me know.

Dire need medication is being sent in a loop! I cant reorder for pickup because its out for delivery. But the package is going to and from my post office and bedford park. This is very unacceptable!

The absolute worst distribution center in the whole country. Every other 1 star review is spot on. The fact my packages are late more often than they are on time is pathetic. I’ll constantly have packages sitting there waiting longer than it takes them to travel the entire country. How can this center still be in operation??

I agree with what everyone is saying. I came today at 5:10pm, they close at 7:00pm. They said they are closed? Then when I asked if I can ship something - I just need tape (there was still a line), she said she didn’t have tape. I asked if I can just get stamps she said I was pushing it?? Very frustrating.

this place sucks at routing, my package has been thrown around 4 locations in chicago when typically it goes straight to my local post office. USPS sucks in general and has frequently lost my packages. shame on you guys.

These idiots threw away my package after it was in circulation 20 times. Somehow my package got transferred to this facility from a Michigan facility by accident. It never occurred to them to forward it back to Michigan. Shut this place down and all other connected facilities! Worthless!

99% of the time mail that has to go through this location does NOT make it to where it supposed to...THEY HAVE TO CLOSE THEM DOWN! I AM SICK OF LOOSING MY MAIL!
