I truly dislike when I have a package that goes through this facility being delivered!! Over 95% of the time my package does not arrive until 2 days at the minimum past the expected delivery date!! I only have this problem with the Bedford Illinois Facility!!

Terrible service , waited 5 mins before iwas told there was a 45 min wait told her i only need two stamps and she ignored me , i walked out
