Lisa was so helpful (I hope I spelled her name correctly). The whole visit was very efficient, I was in and out in about 15 minutes. Make sure to bring your referral with you, or have it electronically sent. Lisa had such a light hand, and I barely felt the pinch of the needle. Office was clean and organized.

Very bad. We do not advise companies to deal with this branch because they are slow in dealing and they do not have a queue arrangement. If they know people, they let them in without a number before everyone else. They are not clean, as some of the test sample was spilled on the desk when it was poured into the ampoule.

Walked in at 3:30 there's only ONE other person in line and I'm there for a drug test based on business hours they're open until 4pm and they take walk-ins but the lady on duty told me no you can't because its too late ! As if I'm asking for a full screening or something I told her I don't have problem giving her the sample now and she can put it as one of the tomorrow appointments instead of me driving 30 minutes each way just to come back and give her the same exact sample but she said no and while I'm walking out she asked that person in front of me what they are there for and she said drug test so now it's not too late to take a drug test just because that lady is the same race of the woman that works there but for me it's late that doesn't make any sense...... Fri Oct 18 and then she just told her but you already signed right!! The lady never replied and then the technician said yeah that's why I can take it but not him .....

My son had Erika as a phlebotomist. She was patient, kind, and hilarious. We adore her.

The very large lady at the front desk is very rude. I don’t see why they keep her. She is snippy and treats you like trash if you have any questions.

Got in before my appointment, and the lady was fast and friendly. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes, and that includes peeing in a cup.

Got an appointment at 1:10, I got in at 1:20 and I was out by 1:30. Super fast, and the lady who drew my blood (I think her name was Cindy) was so so nice. Everytime I have to get blood test I will come to her! Thank you again ??

Went to QUEST LAB Bedford Park, IL
Lisa explained the sign in process and how it worked as I was dropping off sample not getting bloodwork drawn.
She was polite, caring and compassionette.
I told her Oaklawn Lab said they were too busy to take sample fron me. 10:30 am
She apologized and took care of me quickly!
So happy you have employees like Lisa to help a senior citizen.

The lady who drew my blood was phenomenal. I am a very difficult stick and she got me on the first try. I was very pleased.

The lady that drew my blood stuck the needle and kept moving it around until she found a vein ...left me with a nasty bruise
