Waited 3 hours for a drug test process that took 10 minutes. Had to use the bathroom twice in between wait times and when finally it was my turn they said my urine was “watered down” and results may inconclusive meaning I would have to come back and retest. Nurses were nice though! Staff was nice, but 3 hours for a 10 minute process is insane!

This location needs help . The staff to check in need more training. Very slow , long wait to check in and to see doctor or get seen .

Great service with a short wait time!! The nurses were courteous and polite. The doctor was friendly and very thorough. I would definitely come back to this location again!

The receptionist(s) and subsequent workers knew their jobs and did it. I had no complaints but understand it may take 1-3 hours to complete fully.

The wait is longggggg, 3 months ago I was here for 5 1/2 hours. The reason it gets 3 stars is because the employees are delightful and very understanding. They should have a fast lane for drug tests. I’m here for DOT but you shouldn’t wait 3 hours for a simple drug screen

Has you waiting 15 mins just to try to get registered but once you reached the desk they have you register on your phone.Once register has to wait an hour for a drug test. The building was having a “gas” smell but instead of the nurses assuring the patients, they got they purses saying how they ready to go and recording on snap the fire trucks and All the commotion. This place the most unorganized.Update they had to seen my review and now my drug test for a job was Magically “lost”. Definitely will be reaching out to the BBB

Waited for over 2 hours for a drug test. A 15min procedure… I’ve been to other concentra’s for drug screening and I’ve been in and out in under an hour. Ridiculous that this one makes you wait so long to pee in a cup…

Takes ridiculously long to be seen, especially for a simple drug screen. The drug screen itself is not longer than 5 minutes so I don’t understand why they take so long. Go elsewhere or just come prepared to be sitting for 2 hours or longer.

From the time that I arrived it took 2 hours for me to be seen. The front desk staff was very slow. Had I not walked back up to the desk to inquire I wouldn't have even know about the more paperwork to fill on top of the online questions and information I had to fill out. I'm glad I was there for pre-hiring screening for a job and not actually urgent care.
