“Thank you for the excellent customer service!I appreciate a business who likes to make customers happy, I will be back.I showed the gentleman that my wheels did not look clean, even though I paid for the wheel cleaner. He explained that some of the dirt was too caked on for the machine to adequately clean. He saw I wasn't happy, so he offered to let me go through the wash again! I appreciated that he was attentive to what I wanted. He was right about the caked on dirt, but I am a satisfied customer!”
