Ordered pizza and bread sticks 3-27-25 7:30pm. Went there cheese sticks were done no worker in site. The put the pizza behind the cheese sticks and the pizza remained in the over due to workers on “break”. This is the second time this has happened to us in 2 weeks. Told manager, she didn’t care basically told me that mistakes happen.. no one cares to do a quality job anymore and wants 15$ an hour… I buy my gas 3 times a week at Casey’s. Beardstown store needs work.

We got a supreme pizza and when we got the first one it was so doughy we couldn't eat it. We took it back. They made a new and the second one was the same way. All the toppings were in the middle of the pizza causing it to not cook right. The crust was thick on one side and thin on the other. We also ordered the cheese bread and it was so thin and hard I couldn't even eat it.

I just want to say that they should be more careful with the donut display case since the mosquitoes get in and swarm. I told the cashier and she just said that they couldn't get them out of the display case, I had to take them out. and I don't buy any donuts...make the doors close completely since the animals look for any crack and fly inside...
