I thought these reviews were exaggerated but nope, they are everything they say! Idk if the boss is the owner but he is a piece of work, very rude and arrogant and very expensive…don’t recommend at all! I went elsewhere!

I do not recommend it on the phone they said they were going to do a specialized job what I needed in an emergency which they said they could do they asked for an advance what they were given I took a lot of risks to get to their workshop and after I arrived they said they couldn't do it they stole 750 dollars in advance without doing anything and they wanted to steal 500 dollars more for a part that cost 200 dollars is useless and I do not recommend them. They could be the last workshop in the world and I would not use them at all. Be careful, they are crooks, do not take your vehicles there under any circumstances. circumstance I assure you that they are going to rob you, NO VALLAN, THEY ARE KILLERS

Absolute extortionists. Was in a car accident and didn't get to pick who towed my car, the police picked this joke of a tow yard. They wanted 375 plus 40 a day just to get my car out and they wanted me to pay them 125 just to forfeit my title. They tried taking advantage of me just cause I'm a woman. They are crooks. Stay away from this place!

Had gotten into an accident over at wal-mart in beardstown had them tow my car to their shop which is like 10 min away and probably around a mile in distance guy wanted to charge me $250 for the tow when I asked why so much he said because wal-mart isn't within city limits of beardstown I don't know how true that is. As far as I'm concerned I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone in my opinion they are scam artists ! I will be reporting them to the better business bureau of illinios.

I called and was told fifty dollars well the locksmith is unlicensed and not bonded and scratch my car all up and wanted me to ride with a stranger from there to cash a check wouldn’t follow me and took my keys from me to the garage and left me in the cold and rain and I was told to do it his way and be scared of riding with a stranger or lock the keys back in my car

Great service! We keep a drop trailer at JBS, and whenever we have an issue we call Belville, and they get us going fast.
