“Seamless experience from beginning to end! Had a vehicle transferred from another Carmax location. Was made aware along the way as to the location of the vehicle while in route. Minimal fee for the transfer. Well worth the fee since you are getting the exact vehicle that you want. The on line description of the vehicle matched the in person inspection. Michael Henry (sales) was awesome to work with! Was given a very good price for our trade in. Only positive things to say about Carmax. This is the 2nd time we purchased from Carmax and it probably won’t be the last.”

“After reading many of the reviews on this place, I had a good feeling of purchasing my first car from Jackson Auto. Both Andrew and Ben were very professional, respectful, helpful, patient and walked me through the entire process as a first time buyer. They greatly helped me in every opportunity that came available to give me the cheapest monthly payments as possible. I love the car I got and it was in great condition (Just needed to give it a quick wash and some air in the tires, but nothing I couldn't handle) and runs very smoothly.

“Eddie tries his best to work with you. He is a genuinely caring salesperson, my impression. You have to know what you're getting yourself into when you enter and shop at a late model used car dealership like these. You can blame and act as a victim or you can be responsible for yourself. This dealership is for folks on a budget and looking for a deal. It's really up to you responsible for being prepared and doing your own research on which car is good for you and suits your needs. Eddie and Jerry are just trying to make a living selling cars. My first impression, it's a clean car lot. None of the cars are in the best condition because they are late model. But I can tell you the car I bought was in good enough condition for what I paid for. It was a good enough deal to buy what I bought. I appreciate the buy, and I'll need to put more money down on it to get it to my standard. The air condition needs serviced as well as other maintenance needs. But, the engine overall is in good shape as well as the powertrain, steering, alignment, etc. Budget maintenance after your purchase for any car that comes off this lot. It's a late model lot. I may change this review if things change, in the next few months, as I drive this car more.”

“I had a very good experience buying a 2011 Hyundai Sonata from Sheffield Motors; or should I say AWESOME!!! The Indian man (I don't know his name) was very friendly and highly efficient at his job. The whole process was quick and easy. But the best part was that I got an excellent car at a great price; and there were no added fees like some dealers want to charge to increase the cost of their cars. I found the car on the online website called “Auto List” and he charged me the exact same price that the car was listed for on “Auto List” website. He is a very honest and FAIR person. And last but not least, he gave me a 30 day WARRANTY on the car and he actually did honor the WARRANTY because I had a very slow radiator leak and he replaced the radiator with a brand new one. He did not give me a hard time about this either. Note to previous poster: Europe is not a Country, it's a Continent. And since when is Europe a poor Continent???”
“My BMW had a problem with the cooling system on the way back from Chicago returning to Delafield. The car was overheating so I tried filling the radiator with water to get home but water was pouring out underneath. Impossible to get towed on Saturday night so got a ride back to Delafield and returned Sunday after arranging for someone to tow me. Took a chance, after looking on the internet on International, and am I am really glad I did. Left the car on Sunday and contacted and dealt with Merrick, I believe the service manager, on Monday. After explaining what had happened, he did a preliminary inspection and called back explaining what the had found and needed permission to remove the front manifold to get at the problem. He called me later that day to explain that they had found the problem and that the part was on backorder so the job couldn't be completed until Wednesday. He called on Wednesday as promised to explain everything they had done, that they had been testing the vehicle and it would be ready that afternoon.
Merrick did an excellent job of keeping me informed throughout the whole repair. He kept me informed thru every step of the process and well as give me accurate estimates of the work they were doing and what the cost would be. He gladly answered every question I had and put me at ease about the repair. His prices were the same as the local BMW repair shop I use in Delafield and way below what the closest dealer in Milwaukee would have charged. I was very impressed with the professionalism of the whole operation. I would certainly recommend them to anyone in need of an emergency repair. Even tho I have never used them for routine service, they are good enough that I would consider driving all the way there to have my cars serviced.
