Small Car Motors fixed my sons battery last week. Then this week my sons car doors wouldn't unlock. They came to my house right away and unlocked the doors and found my son had left his parking lights on. They charged the battery and charged me nothing even though it was our fault. 5 stars. Two thumbs up. Love love love. Highly recommend. That is going above and beyond right there.

These guys will try and scam you out of as much money as possible if they think you have no idea about cars. Biggest red flag is they will charge you $100 for a simple diagnostic you can get at autozone for free. I recommend anyone to take their car to Ambriz garage Inc in Round Lake. They are local and will work on your car as if you were taking your vehicle to a friend or family member who happens to be a mechanic. They won’t overcharge you and say this and that is wrong with your vehicle to try and steal money from you. Another red flag about this place is they are not busy with other cars/customers & their 5 star reviews seem to be only people who only have 1 review or reviewed this place when there were previous owners/workers. You’ve been warned.

I have entrusted multiple vehicles to small car over the years and have bee well satisfied with all aspects of the service they provide. In late January ‘24 the starter on my Volvo c70 failed the evening before I boarded a flight to CA. Rick coordinated with my son to receive, repair and have the car back in my garage before I returned. Thank you.

Terrible shop. Deceptive and lies. Spent over 3000 on repairs only for them to destroy my suspension. Took it to another shop and found out they put parts on backwards and didn't even change parts. I have reported them to the better business bureau and Illinois commerce. bill had no prices on it. Check your vehicles.they are putting cars on the road that are unsafe. They false avertise, not the proper equipment to work on suspension among other thingServices: Exhaust
