They rip you off and rob you. My phone and internet price was never the same. Each month my phone and internet bill was different prices. The price was never the same. And now it went from 130.00 to 157.00. But the price was always different each month. How is that a contract? I never knew what my monthly bill was going to be. Because every month my bill was a different price. Same thing with my internet. They just have you trapped in a two year contract to up prices on you. And they disconnected my internet when my bill isn't even due yet. I wouldn't bother with XFINITY. My internet went from 45.00 to 95.00 over night. I locked my credit card. And I'm switching my credit card. They won't get anything from me ever again. I really give them -0 stars!!

I am new to town, and I was looking for to join another phone company (prior Comcast, I was a customer for many years with another phone company). Anyhow, as soon as I came inside this X-Finity store, I was greatly welcome by Jenny. Jenny has amazing customer skills! She was agreably professional, knowledgeable, courteous, very kind, and she showed great listening and interpersonal skills. Thanks to Jenny, I am very happy with my internet/phone connection. Additionally, I sincerely appreciated X-Finity's transparency in prices, and all the options that were presented to me to best fit my expectations. Again, Jenny possesses incredible customer skills!! Then, Kenny, helped me to transfer my data from my previous phone to my new one. He also, was very professional, courteous, kind, and very patient! I was treated very well there, and I am so thankful to Jenny and Kenny for their consideration and compassion. Also, thank you so much Jenny for taking the time to share few forest preserves for my dog and I to walk in. So far, we love them all! I wish this entire team the very best! Sincerely, TL

This is literally the worst customer service I have ever received. I have been a Comcast customer for 29 years and Jaime, the lady who helped me was rude and indifferent. How can people be employed who don’t care. I usually call to update my plan but thought I should go in to view the offers for internet and TV. I cannot express how rude this girl was. Find a different service or company.

I worked with Jenny this afternoon at the Comcast location. I just completed a difficult move with my wife and two kids. She made my life a lot easier with her service by transferring and returning equipment from my old to new house. Thank you Jenny. My family and I appreciate it.

I wish I could give them negative 1 million stars! Worst company ever! Don't waste your time. Find a better internet company. Stay away from xfinity! They can't even fix their stuff. They give you faulty product from the start.

The “manager” Steve is a terrible manager and extremely rude as a person. He was no help and rolled his eyes at me when I asked questions. Overall the store was no help and the fact that there is no direct phone line to call the store is so frustrating. I wasted so much time driving there just to be disrespected by the “manager”.

I wish I could give zero stars if possible.
I'll give the TLDR; couldn't upgrade my phone because I no longer have internet through xfinity (why is this a requirement I was NEVER told about). So naturally I told them to cancel the account, David/Daniel (forgot his name but can point him out in a crowd) confirmed this before I left that my account was canceled.
Fast forward to today, get an email saying X amount was billed for my phone service. Drive to the Sycamore location (much closer to home), and told that the account was never canceled. Finally closed it with multiple confirmations this time around that the account was indeed canceled.
Don't trust this company or location, they give the constant run around and you'll be jumping through hoops to get a problem solved.

I visited the Xfinity Randall Rd location 4/5/24 and was greeted by Kimley Love-Gibson who was extremely helpful, answered all my questions, made several suggestions regarding plans & equipment which really ended up solving the issues we were having. Kimley is a young man that is a true asset to the Xfinity team. A visit to this location is well worth the effort versus trying to get answers by phone. Duane Gerdin

Our experience at the Xfinity Store in Batavia was outstanding. We went in simply to return a cable box, and ended up getting a really good deal on a new Samsung phone at a lower monthly rate. David and Brayden were especially helpful. Completely patient and professional, they both took extra time to answer all of our questions, demonstrate some cool new features, and walked us through the entire process of switching. Highly recommended based on the high level of service we received, thanks!

Easy service
