They do a good job cleaning my Dog. The staff is friendly and helpful. They do need some improvement for doing online bookings and customer information management.

Have been going to Woofbeach for the past 3 years. They canceled my dog's grooming appointment with less than a week notice. Now, his next appointment was moved to a new location without notification or asking if this was okay. This was known a month ago and never communicated it to me. Extremely disappointed in the professionalism and communication that is no longer with this place.

The self serve dog wash station is amazing!!! You get 10 min and it sprays the soap, flee & tick wash, deep conditioner and then rinse. My dog has never been cleaner. The blow dryer was amazing as well he was 90% dry before getting in the car. I would highly recommended this place to everyone. Will be coming back!!

I highly recommend Woof Beach Batavia. Just a few minutes in will show how dedicated the staff is to each of their dogs. My special thank you to Maggie who took our bernedoodle Dante to a level I never thought possible. She recognized the characteristics of our dog's personality along with what needed work, as well as working with our family's needs. If I could give Maggie more than 5 stars I would. Her compassion and knowledge of training for the dogs is a perfect blend for the dogs as well as their families. She is very thorough with training the family as well as training the dog. I can't thank Woof Beach enough for the difference this training has made for Dante as well as our family. Thank you Maggie and thank you Woof Beach.

My little baby came home looking excellent! He also stuck around for Day care after his grooming and had an excellent time! They pay close attention to detail and have the ultimate care for the comfort of the dogs in this facility!

I take my dog here every month for a nail grinding. The staff is pleasant and friendly. No complaints. It seems they now have more groomers, which speeds things up.

Any grooming/training service provider using a barbed choke chain for their "intro" picture to advertise themselves is beyond scary to me

My pup doesnt know she is a dog. We try not to tell her. When we go to Woof Beach, they are always so warm and welcoming and do not make you or your pup feel like just a number. she is excited to go in and either go to school or get groomed. We always been happy with her cuts. They take requests and listen to how you want your children, I mean dogs, to look.

Extremely unhappy with 5 hour grooming session. Haven’t done anything asked. Dog still shedding I even show this upon returning my dog… back to my town they did complete deshed, cuts, nails, everything in just 3 hours, never returned my dog to me while it is still shedding

They have bigger priorities than a dog “chewing” on a leash they said, witch resulted in a very unfortunate situation witch they claim is unpredictable . Really just a sad situation. Very disappointed with how we were treated after, very poor customer service by all employees especially the DM.
