I have to give this store a 0 star! Extremely Upset Register in Front Cashier Did Not hand over my second bag of items I bought! As I was paying and didn't pay much attention and realized on my 40 min drive home I was missing my items I needed right away! I Don't understand why is it people can't do their job correctly!!!!! Almost as if it was intentionally! She didn't give me a good vibe! Not the first time I have an issue there at that Walgreens!!!

My highest regard for outstanding customer service goes to Joe, pharmacy manager!!!!!! Joe went above and beyond to help me with a situation that could have landed my husband in the emergency room. The hospital omitted a prescription for insulin, it was Friday night and almost impossible to reach a doctor to resolve the issue. Even though the pharmacy closed at 9:00 p.m., Joe stayed to help get the prescription filled. He has always been one of the best pharmacists I have ever dealt with and I will be calling corporate so he can be acknowledged for his exceptional customer service. Thank you Joe for all you do!!!!

This place has been a joke ever since we moved to the area. The staff is very slow, it takes forever to fill a prescription let alone get a vaccine! We started going to the Walgreens on St. street in Geneva. Save yourself sometime and do the same!!!

I called to verify a prescription was ready for pick-up - waited over 44 minutes for someone to answer who then told me it WAS NOT Ready because my doctor's prescription refill sheet was stored in my account and their computer system would not allow using phone or email refill notices DO NOT WORK!

they offer free medication delivery, as well as vaccines and the flu shot. friendly staff. high prices on coffee and some OTC medicines, however. conveniently located.

It been over a week and they still do not have photos...standard size. They cannot tell me when they will be ready. Terrible customer service.

Door dash failed to deliver a prescription. The pharmacist delivered the product to my house on their way home from work after the store closed at 9 pm. Thank you for the extra effort

One of the worst pharmacies I ever visited. I had to go back 4 times for a prescription, and it still wasn't even started. Never again!

Sitting in line to pick up a ready prescription for over 30 minutes with 3 cars ahead of me. Absurd to wait another 15 at the window.

This is my favorite Walgreens. At least the staff here is friendly and helps you find stuff. They also have a large selection of vitamins. The pharmacy staff are also helpful. The pharmacist was able to recommend just what I needed for my situation.

Malcolm in the photo dept is friendly and professional. It was a busy night for ID pictures, and he was efficient, courteous, and explained the process every step of the way.
